                                                   Genetic realities, a two-edged sword.

     Recently, it was announced that the shortage of just one gene in human beings caused over-eating and subsequent obesity.  Another study, quoted in junkfoodscience.com, showed that diets rarely work for any significant length of time, but that sales of diets and diet-related products had become a huge, multi-billion dollar industry.

     That means the endless warnings about the importance of dieting are utterly useless without inventing and incorporating the necessary gene therapy.  Blaming the overweight for being so makes as much sense as blaming someone for being color-blind.

     It has likewise been shown that there is a genetic difference between males and females. Males are found to have both higher and lower IQs, while women's IQs tend to cluster towards the center of the bell curve.  No governmental agency is known to have complained, "We need to be run by the most intelligent person, so, most, if not all agencies must be headed by the person with the highest intelligence."  Since males comprise most of the smartest and the dumbest, that would mandate that a higher proportion of the most, and least, rewarding positions in any organization would be filled by males.

     Few politically correct women want women to have their fair share of the jobs being done by the least mentally capable men.   Somehow, their interest in fairness is only focused on the high-paying jobs at the top.  Surely, those so concerned are not half-blind?

     In the first case, the love of hectoring people about being fat outweighs genetic reality.  In the second, the love of money transcends the importance of having the best problem-solvers in charge.

     Both are examples of modern-day idol worship.

                                                    Selective concern about long life.

     Those on the left go on and on about the dangers of smoking.  Drinking.  Drugs.  Firearms.  Not wearing seat belts.  Polluted air and water.  "Those things are dangerous, and must be eliminated."

     At the same time, the very same people do whatever they can to promote homosexual behavior, even in elementary schools.  It seems, however, that homosexuals usually die before they're fifty.  The Culture of Death doesn't seem to care enough to warn people about early deaths stemming from homosexual behavior.

     Do leftists hate homosexuals?

                                                The Four Horsemen of The Apocalypse.

     The First Horseman rode a white horse, and brought victory.  Many ancient commentators thought that rider was Jesus Christ.  Catholic Fundamentalists agree, and, from that, postulate about the other three riders.

     The Second Horseman rode a red horse.  He brought warfare and death.  Some believe Mohammed was prophesied by the red horse.  Since many of his allies were Edomites, (Edom means "red"), and Mohammed destroyed many peoples, our belief that Mohammed was the rider of the red horse (symbolism may be that "riding" the "red horse" was leading the Edomites into battle) is not unreasonable.

     It is undeniable that the Moslem Conquest brought a lot of war and death with it.  Persia, Turkey, Egypt, North Africa, Greece, the Balkans, and Spain were ravaged.  Millions were slaughtered or enslaved.

     Just as the number of generations from Abraham to David, from David to the Babylonian Deportation, and from that to Jesus Christ were each fourteen, it may be that the six hundred years between Christ and Mohammed indicates that in 1200, the Third Horseman, carrying scales and riding a black horse appeared.  The scales may symbolize the Mongols, who "balanced" out the Moslem advances by taking many of their eastern territories.

     Another six hundred year period brings us to Napoleon.  We think the plague carried by the Fourth Rider of the Pale Horse was symbolized by Napoleon.  He represented the plague unleashed by strong, central governments taken over by a destructive egomaniac with modern weaponry and unlimited taxing power at his command.

     That plague is ongoing.  Lenin and his followers, like Catholic-hating leaders of the French Revolution who were replaced by Napoleon, had their system hijacked by Stalin.  He then helped Mao rise to power, who then helped Ho Chi Minh and Pol Pot commit similar outrages against their own peoples.   The Catholic-hating National Socialists in Germany were, likewise, hijacked by Hitler.

     Now, of course, that plague has spread.  Rabid environmentalists are spreading all manner of lies to obtain riches and political power for themselves.  They, like the endless French and Russian committees who followed those restructurings of societies, will be replaced by a single-minded tyrant.  Most of them will be destroyed by him, but such as they are ever unable to see that what went before cannot help but come again.

     Unless, of course, The Programmer starts erasing things.

                                                                          Iowa.

     The first primary vote put the best conservative, Fred Thompson, in a tie for third place.  It's been interesting to see how ignored he has been by the media.  Even Fox News, pretending to be conservative to the end, has turned a blind eye to Mr. Thompson.

     Most of the press has been focused on Huckabee, Giuliani, McCain, and Romney.  Mr. Huckabee has been made to seem more conservative than he is because he's a proven taxer and regulator.

     Mr. Giuliani has connections with big-city corruption that dwarf all positive aspects.  We will continually be waiting for another shoe to drop.  McCain is a reliable "big-government conservative", and will not promote good policies in many areas.  Romney says whatever he thinks needs to be said at the time.

     Senator Thompson is the only viable and consistent candidate who will reduce taxes and spending, both anathema to the establishment that's working to "disappear" him.

    Ron Paul has, like Howard Dean before him, managed to unite the young and the restless in a hopeless quest for whatever he's seeking.  Unfortunately, he is virtually unelectable.  He is given some publicity to help draw support away from Senator Thompson.

     Combining his constituency with Senator Thompson's would produce the possibility of a new leadership that would be of benefit to the Culture of Life.  We can only pray that vanity does not get in the way of improvement.

                                                                           Iowa, 2

     Iowa voters have been criticized in England for voting in favor of two men, Obama and Huckabee, who have hardly any experience in the federal government.  The point is valid only if experience in the federal government is desirable.

     It takes a few years to learn how to steal from taxpayers.  Similarly, it takes a few years to learn that, in government, stealing from taxpayers is a way of life.  We may, with inexperienced people, have a period during which taxpayers are protected by that innocence before the usual corruption sets in.

    One is reminded of the last leader of the French government.  In only ten years, he was alleged to have established at least one Japanese account with sixty million dollars in it.

     In that way, government experience pays.

                                                 Thoughts on the New Hampshire debates.

     Fox just broadcast a session with the five leading Republican candidates.   It was surprising that so much time was given to McCain, Romney, and Huckabee.   Senator Thompson was ignored for much of the program, but made more sense on substance.

    Mayor Giuliani was not impressive.  He is finished, despite his geographic proximity to New Hampshire.  We will see four main candidates moving forward.

     Hopefully, Senator Thompson will not be ignored as studiously in the future.  Tonight, it seemed like the moderator had been instructed to give most of the time to the first three mentioned.  Despite that, he certainly won the "consistency" prize.

     Senator McCain did not come across well.  He has such a long record of being a wild card that his credibility. out of the box, is low.

     Governor Huckabee was certainly the glibbest of the candidates, but the lack of consistency, on immigration, for instance, showed through with clarity.

     Senator Thompson, it appeared, also has the largest head of any candidate.  While the others are hardly "pinheads", bigger heads usually go with better abilities to solve problems.

                                                                       Idols.

     In the First Programming Log, various spokesmen for The Programmer spent a lot of time telling us how stupid it is to worship idols.  "They cannot talk, they cannot walk, they cannot even get themselves out of a burning building.  Only a fool would worship the work of his own hands."

     Things have changed in form, but not substance.  Today, false idols are often fashioned of human thoughts that have been given written, pictorial, and spoken form.  Evangelists for those idols encourage others to believe in them.   Many, so lost and lonely as to be grateful for even such self-serving attention to be paid to them, will help the latest denomination of idol-worship expand. 

     "Global Warming" is a such an idol.   It has been manufactured out of countless lies that have been cunningly cobbled together to make enough sense that idol-worshippers can believe in it. 

     The Global Warming Idol replaced the short reign of its predecessor, The Global Freezing Idol.   Such rapid successions show that their idols change, but the worship of idols does not.  Some believe in the "New Math Idol".  That makes children numerically illiterate, the way a "Whole Language Idol" made them verbally illiterate.

     There is a large department (denomination) in most governments for each main idol and all its subsidiaries.  The denomination of Public Education, for instance, worships many more idols than the two mentioned above.  They revere lots of minor deities, like "tenure" and, the ever-popular "pension".

     A newer denomination of Environmentalists has replaced earlier idol-worshippers whose name, "Communist" had, by its own excesses, become almost impossible for any person claiming to be sane to defend without admitting, and exposing, his own tendencies toward homicidal mania.

     Believing in The Programmer, Program, and Holy Wireless Connector helps separate us from idol worshippers.  To Catholic Fundamentalists, The Programmer's entire Creation Program was written and downloaded for one reason, to separate believers from idol worshippers.

     There's one thing we must do after we learn to see the liars behind the lies.  "Do good to them that hurt you.", we were commanded, along with the often-difficult "Love your neighbor as yourself."  

     Those are the hard parts, but we've been assured the reward is worth the pain.

                                                     Idol hands are the Devil's playground.

     As mentioned above, intellectual idols have replaced the gold, silver, bronze, wood, and stone statues of imaginary gods.  Cash flows generated from such idols were an important part of early economies.  When St. Paul was attacked by idol-makers afraid that Christianity would put them out of business, they rioted, shouting for hours, "Great is Diana of the Ephesians!"

     Now, we see the same sort of extreme displeasure when any section of society profiting from intellectual idols is threatened by the simple truth that their particular cash flow should be re-directed or eliminated because it is based on a lie.  There is a spiritual law at work here, which can be summed up:  "Anger and outrage increase proportionately with the obviousness of the lies necessary to support an idol."

     Modern counterparts of Ephesian idol-makers are quick to anger, as is demonstrated by any group of outraged progressives, many of whom have gravitated to a Democratic Party devoted to sustaining cash flows generated by lies.  

     Governments find that it is easier to re-direct cash flows to newer, more believable lies than to get rid of a lying segment and reduce taxes accordingly.  So, new lies are either rewarded with the money that new liars can funnel toward themselves from out-of-date lies, or by levying new taxes on existing taxpayers.

     The latter occurs far more frequently than the former, which is why societies invariably collapse from the burden of ever-higher taxes.

                                     If God has the power to program in three dimensions, then . . .

     1.  All creation could have been programmed in a week.

     2.  His ability to provide miracles becomes understandable.

     3.  The Flood becomes an historical fact.

     4.  The Red Sea could have been parted.

     5.  He could make sons of Abraham from stones along the road.

     6.  The faith of our fathers makes perfect sense.

     7.  Jesus could have been born of a virgin and risen from the dead.

     8.  Evolution can be seen to be as much a myth as global warming.

     9.  His "Transubstantiation Program" could transform wafer and wine into His Body and Blood.

     Catholics should be very grateful to Fundamentalists, particularly many of those in the Baptist persuasions, for keeping the fundamentalist interpretation of Scripture alive.   Likewise, many Jews have refused to be drowned in the waves of modernism that have washed over humanity, and have maintained a deep respect for the inerrancy of God's Word.

     Getting closer to God means seeing that He had, and has, the power to program all creation.  Getting closer to Him, we see that He has the power, as seen in the nine points above, to provide anomalies in His Program for the benefit of those He loves.  The survival of each one of us is, in fact, a miracle.   We can all remember things that have happened to us that can only be described as "miraculous", bits of love we have received from those who've helped us.

     The Catholic Church, guided by the Holy Spirit (the Holy Wireless Connector, to Catholic Fundamentalists), did have the courage to replace some of its Latin with languages that could better express the reality of electron flow.  The Age of Electricity, after all, requires wholly different words than those used when the Iron Age replaced earlier periods of technology.

     Now, we have but to integrate the idea of God as "Unprogrammed Programmer" more fully into our individual intellects to begin the journey into the fullness of Catholic Fundamentalism.

                                                                    Who's in charge?

     We are in the midst of Primaries to determine candidates for the next Presidential election.  It's always fascinating to speculate about what we can't see, the backrooms where decisions are made.

     It is painfully obvious that, of all the remaining candidates, Senator Fred Thompson is simply brighter, more consistent, more conservative, and more desirous of reducing the size of government.  "Leaders" of the Republican Party, however, leaned toward the more obedient candidates from New York, Arizona, and Arkansas.

     The media, as they were told, "puffed" those three candidates, leaving Thompson beyond the pale, except to gloat over his poor showings.

     Some Evangelicals have not supported Governor Romney for Scriptural reasons.  At least one passage supports that thinking.  2 John, verse 7:  "There are many deceivers about in the world, refusing to admit that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh.  They are the deceiver."  Confusion about the Mormons' belief in The Trinity worries many Evangelicals.  If Mormons would consider defining themselves as Trinitarians, which many of them already seem to be, the possibility of a Mormon President would be significantly increased.

     When given a choice between Governors Romney and Huckabee, who does not seem as qualified as Governor Romney, some Evangelicals believe they have no choice but to go with the latter.  Too bad they don't consider Thompson, who has both faith and qualifications.

     Their choice of Governor Huckabee, with a clear record of higher taxes and bigger government, does not speak well for Evangelicals' political judgment.   Neither did their previous support for Jimmy Carter.  For many of them, the glib recitation of a few key phrases is of greater importance than the underlying ambitions of their candidate. 

     Their mistakes in this regard have kept them from wider respect.   When pro-life Evangelicals voted in overwhelming numbers for pro-abortion Jimmy Carter, even their guardian angels rolled their eyes upwards.

                                                                         Focus Groups.

     After last night's debate between the candidates for President, there was a focus group.  Suddenly, there was an obvious groundswell of favor for Senator Thompson.

     Those against Thompson recited two shallow arguments they'd learned from national media.  "Thompson waited too long to declare his candidacy.", followed by "Thompson waited too long to 'come alive'."

     When comparing him to McCain and Huckabee, the current front-runners, it was obvious that Thompson had made more progress than ever.

     But, how were the people in the focus group selected?  Who picked them?  Some of the glib recitation of talking points in every post-debate focus group was more than would be expected from randomly selected voters.

     It is amazing that anyone with any political knowledge could be for the other candidates.  But, many of us are readily convinced to buy products that we don't need, and that will hurt us, by skilled advertisers.

                          God programs in three dimensions?  How?  He goes beyond the binary.

     Human programmers do their programming with a binary code.  In that code, it is assumed that there is an "on" and and an "off", or a "one" and a "zero".  By stringing those symbols, human beings program in two dimensions and can program machines to produce three-dimensional parts.

     God is able to program with "on" and "off" and with "switching".  When we turn on a light, which, like the binary system, is either "on" or "off", there is a brief micro-second when the light is "switching", changing from one state of being to another.

     The Programmer can use that with which to program, providing Himself far simpler, and more powerful programming codes.  There are also an infinite number of stages in the light switch that are between "on" and "switching" and "switching" and "off". 

     God programs His code using "on" and "off" and an infinity of what we can dimly conclude are intermediate "switching" positions.   That's why Catholic Fundamentalists believe that He did what He said He did, and will do what He said He will do in the time He said He would do it.

II.  The Programmer did not want Adam and Eve to have access to, or download, His source code.  When The Virus convinced them to do so, they were severely punished.   Gene manipulators should keep that in mind.

                                                             Bureaucracy improvement.

     Periodically, all bureaucracies go through periods in which they try to "improve".  This process demands "self-examination" and "misson-examination" and "finding out what we're here to do and doing it better".

     Such "improvements" involve vast, complicated lies that avoid real questions such as "Do this agency really need to exist?" and "How did people manage to get along without us for thousands of years?" 

     In fact, bureaucracies exist to provide high-paying jobs for people whom automation and foreign (slave and near-slave) labor have left few other high-paying employment opportunities.

     So, each bureaucracy  has, as an unspoken mission statement: "We must both justify our existence and demonstrate our clear need for more funding."  All such funding involves transferring money (easily counted units of human energy) from their neighbors to themselves.

     The needs of their neighbors are always the same.  Each of us, and each of our neighbors, knows that our greatest economic need is for more money.  So, bureaucracies exist and grow by convincing those with the power to transfer accumulations of human energy (money, paychecks, savings) from others to themselves.

     In many countries, this is done at the point of a gun.  In more "civilized" societies, voters are pretended to have the "power" to make changes. 

     The only "changes" are that different bureaucracies will have greater access to funding.

II  A new Bureaucracy to "improve fairness in real estate".

     Bureaucracies in the pseudo-democracies need lots of problems to "solve".  They have an ongoing need to find as many "unfairly treated people" as possible.  Then, they just have to "help".

     Banks, with very complicated mortgage procedures that involved endless "bundling" and re-selling, drained so much money out of the real estate system that they, first, pumped up the apparent value of homes by allowing unqualified buyers to make purchases beyond their means.  Then, as the amount of money they took from borrowers and gave to themselves became more obvious, the value of homes dropped, often below the value of the mortgage.

     Homes, for several years, appeared to have been "rising" in value.  Much of that "added value" disappeared in the last couple of years.  A few (3%?) of homeowners are in default, mostly because of their own speculative purchases.

     So, presidential candidates are promising to "help".  That assures only that the problem will get worse.  But, a new bureaucracy is on its way.  The Department of Homeowner Security will make sure that everything is done "fairly" and provide "equal access to the American dream."

     Those unions dependent upon taxing real estate for their members' salaries will welcome this "bold step forward".  They will not let themselves see that the increased property taxes they, themselves, have levied by obedient school boards are a major cause of the "sub-prime crisis".

                                                              Enemies, foreign and domestic.

     Every country has enemies within it.  Like America's Stalinists and environmental extremists, such enemies are often in the direct pay of foreign enemies.  Money flows both ways.  Sometimes, the enemies within a nation help to empower the enemies without. 

     It takes practice to learn about the existence and habits of destroyers.  Most of us are so busy with jobs and families that we don't pay much attention to those committed to destroying life and truth.  And, us.

     Many are diverted from such efforts because they don't want to be called "paranoid".  Reading the ancient book, "Plutarch's Lives" will give us a better grasp of how corrupt politicians can be.

II.

                                                                    Have a heart.

     From Great Britain, home of Magna Carta, and the country that once fought against slavery, comes the depressing news that organ donations may be forced by British bureaucrats.

     One can picture a young, healthy friend or relative in a hospital after an accident.  He is determined to be in "critical" condition .  Then, the doctor decides.  "There is so little chance of recovery that I've made the decision to pull the plug and harvest the organs."

     What he fails to mention is that the hospital director's aging father needs a new heart, this one is a perfect match, and the selection for the new Director of Surgery is next week.

III.                                                           Dream, come true.

     Finally, Senator Fred Thompson's bright light is shining through the fog.  South Carolina will tell us whether evangelical voters are able to remember Jimmy Carter's cold, calculated betrayal of their values, realize that Gov. Huckabee is cut from the same, leftist cloth, and swing to Senator Thompson. 

     With every debate and appearance, Senator McCain looks more bizarre, former Mayor Giuliani a johnny one-note, Romney a betrayal of 2 John, 7, Representative Paul too upsettingly right, leaving Senator Thompson towering over them all.

IIII.                                                                 Alignment.

     Jupiter is the largest planet, the "King" of those that circle the sun.  Venus, ancient Goddess of Beauty, is, to many, a physical symbol of the "Queen" of Heaven.

     In a couple of weeks, on February 1, 2008, the "King and Queen" of Heaven will be in near-perfect alignment with Earth. 

     It will be interesting to see if something obviously wondrous will happen during that time.  A few weeks ago, Jupiter, Mercury, and ex-planet Pluto were in line, and we were beleaguered with unusually strong winds.  When the "King and Queen" have been put so closely together by The Programmer, it may not be unreasonable to expect something more.

                                                       Is planetary alignment important?

     Most of us give astrology short shrift when it comes to credibility.  While we will not defend astrology, we generally will look at what charts suggest for us when we see them in a newspaper, which is why they're in so many newspapers.

     But, the Three Wise Men did follow a star.  According to basic Bible symbolism, stars may refer to angels.  So, it may be that they followed an angel who took the form of a star.  That explains how that "star" could have guided them directly to the stable in Bethlehem.

     But, the most important "stars" to ancient astronomers/astrologers were the five visible planets.  Their alignment was noticeable, and recordable.  And, on February 1st, 2008, two of the most important planets, Jupiter, "The King", and Venus, "The Queen" will be in alignment with us. 

     Maybe, something noticeable will happen, and we can all say, "I thought so."

                                             Idols have changed in the past two thousand years.

     Idols used to be little statues of Imaginary Gods.  They couldn't walk, talk, or even get out of a burning building.  Over time, such idols lost credibility.

     Today's most popular idols are self-serving ideas.  Our nature being what it is, they are innumerable.

One of the most powerful false deities in human history is "The Way We Think Things Should Be."

     "The Way We Think Things Should Be" is a living thought that always differs from the way things are.  So, it's a very popular, very old, idol. 

     Global Warmers, for instance, believe that by distorting all manner of information, and providing graphs that are cleverly designed to portray that misinformation in the most alarming terms, it can be "proven" that the world's temperature, and projections thereof, do not square with "The Way We Think Things Should Be."

     To be sure, no one actually knows what the world's temperature is, was, or will be.  But, as long as sincere-looking people can announce that "the facts as we know them" may not fit "The Way We Think Things Should Be", they are able to force tithes to the religions of their idol.

     A few years ago, the same believers thought that global temperatures may be falling.  "That's not 'The Way We Think Things Should Be'.", they told all and sundry.  Many taxes were levied to help "study" the problems.

Acolytes in the religion of "The Way We Think Things Should Be" spend their time "studying problems that affect us all ".  (translated: "making up excuses to raise taxes")  "Defining" such problems, not surprisingly, always means that greater sacrifices from the laity are necessary.

     Laity, in the religion of "The Way We Think Things Should Be" are all those benighted souls who are not authorized access to the funding possibilities that are an inevitable part of making the world comply to "The Way We Think Things Should Be".

     Only the priesthood of "The Way We Think Things Should Be" religion is allowed to manipulate the powerful forces of media and government to force tax monies to be taken from the laity and given to them"for the greater good of all".

                                                                  Idols as viruses.

I.      Catholic Fundamentalists have found that it helps to describe spiritual realities more realistically by thinking of idols as viruses.  The desire for an idol comes from something that short-circuits the mind, inserting a barrier between the programmed hierarchy of Programmer and we programmed creatures.

II.     When we think of the earliest idol-maker, we can imagine a man carving a little statue, putting it on a shelf, and asking it to help him.  Did the first such happening come from a thought that the carver had on his own, or did some outside agency give him the idea?

     It's hard to imagine some hard-working Stone Age person saying, "Instead of taking care of my family, flocks, and fields, I will spend a dozen hours precious daylight and make myself a queer-looking little statue and put it on a shelf and pray to it."  It took the Devil, himself, to convince Eve to eat the apple.

     We do know that The Programmer hates idols.  Idols interfere with the proper operation of the free-will beings He had programmed.  Idols take away the joy people would have in knowing Him.  The first four of the Ten Operating Instructions that Moses brought down from the mountain condemned the thought that programmed entities (people) should program for themselves things that would separate them from The Programmer.  

     40% of The Programmer's instructions are specifically anti-idol:

     1.  You shall have no Gods before me.

     2.  You shall not make yourself a carved image or any likeness of anything in heaven or on earth beneath

           or in the waters under the earth;  you shall not bow down to them or serve them.

     3.  You shall not utter the name of The Programmer to misuse it (as an idol).

     4.  Remember the Sabbath, and keep it holy.

     The Programmer told us repeatedly that did not want anything coming between those He loved, whose highest duty it was to love Him.  Idols, to Catholic Fundamentalists, describe what we may understand more fully as computer viruses.  To many of us, "viruses" better describe the willful corruption of operating systems than "idol-worship".

     The Programmer left six additional Operating Instructions.  They are, in their nature, anti-idol, but not as specifically so.  It's important for our eternal well-being to never forget that nearly half of His instructions tell us to be sure that we worship and obey only The Programmer. 

     That lesson, from Exodus, is repeated again in Revelations, when He makes it clear that the marks of the beast are to be avoided at all costs.

     Catholic Fundamentalists think it's prudent, as we go through our days, to uproot and destroy whatever idols and viruses there are in our minds that distract us from Him.  Prayer helps get more powerful spiritual Programming Assistants to help cleanse our minds and hearts of whatever separates us from Him.

                                               Fairness, the Culture of Death's two-faced idol.

     Once "fairness" finds itself enshrined in the temple of the State, no one is safe.  "Fairness" sent people to the guillotine in France and to the firing squads and gulags of later leftists. 

     When fairness drives justice from the courts, opinions replace facts and press releases supplant precedent, and no one is safe.  Oddly, the least safe are the first who successfully instituted "fairness" as a way of life in the ascendant regime.  The first to organize resistance to, and replacement of, the "ancien regime" are usually the first to be executed by the extremists who scheme their way into power.  Just as Lenin's earliest supporters were soon executed, so were Castro's. 

     After the forces of "fairness" take power , those deemed "most fair" quickly loot the state they have seized.  Once the state has been looted, the only source of additional funds for "more fairness" must come from other countries.  So, the ambitious Napoleons and Stalins who owed their power to the demand for "fairness" become the only ones able to fund the new, and larger state of "fairness". 

     Since he who has the power to fund has the power to control, leftist states sink into personality cults.  North Korea, Cuba, China, the Soviet Union, Romania, Zimbabwe, Venezuela, all ended up being run by the most vicious megalomaniacs their societies could produce.

     Those who lust for such power work hard to have their governments disintegrate into over-spending, over-taxing, and chaos.  The poor souls have about as much chance of living ten years past a successful revolution as they have of winning the lottery.

     They do not care.  The drive for power transcends the desire to live.  Power is the idol they worship, its theology is death.

                            Christians and traditional Jews are the eternal enemy of idol worshippers.

     Christians and traditional Jews are universally hated by most governments.  Their pesky Commandments, like "Thou shalt not bear false witness." have been removed from public properties all over the world.  As tyranny takes over, the speed of such erasures accelerates.

     "Thou shalt not bear false witness." is particularly offensive to those who make a living by lying to taxpayers about the merits of whatever program pays their salary.  It's galling for them to have to walk by such proclamations on the way to their office, which is why public buildings jam-packed with bearers of false witness are the most frequent targets for such "purification".

     And, in every trial in every courthouse, many do not want to have a readily visible notice that they should not lie staring them in the face.  It's of particular concern that unenlightened jurors see such reminders.

     When an idolizer is threatened with truth, a popular lie often appears:  "My beliefs have equal rights with yours, because your faith is simply another sort of idol."

     The soul trapped in such relativity is forced to live a life that is increasingly enslaved to ever-greater lies. 

That enslavement fills their souls, which, by its programmed nature, loves obedience to The Programmer, with increasing levels of hatred.  That hatred is invariably focused on those who believe that God is more worthy than the idols that have enslaved them to the point that their free will, their most precious possession, is lost to them. 

     Our job is to strengthen our faith.  When lost, hate-filled souls put us to the test, which may include death and torture, we must endure to the end to be saved.

     Easier said than done.

                                                            Confronting relativity.

     The other side has several methods of undermining the validity of anything it dislikes.  In recent years, The Programmer has allowed Global Warming to become such a large issue to let those who might be saved see the type and depth of the lies so beloved by the other side.  Examples:

1.  "The Hockey Stick" was a graph produced with faulty math to portray a lie.  Once its flaws were discovered, the calculations were hidden, making it difficult for truth-seekers to fully understand how much lying was done.

2.  They say the world is getting warmer.  But, they ensured that temperature recording stations were placed in artificially warm areas, like sewage plants and airport runways, that read abnormally high temperatures.

3.  They say the Antarctic icecap is melting.  A small part of it, sticking far out in the ocean, is getting warmer, but the 99% of the Continent is getting colder its ice is getting thicker.

     The three lies above indicate how they lie.  They pick out something that is, or can be made to look like truth, and magnify that while simultaneously denying everything else.  Every day, they must make up new lies.  Every day, they must repeat those lies. 

     They will fight for opportunities to lie for money.  They will fight for jobs that pay big salaries and benefits for lying repeatedly.

     It's utterly mystifying why so many are willing to lose their immortal souls for a few, fleeting moments of fame and fortune.  But, they are.

                                           It's fun to be a Catholic Fundamentalist.                 

       Sometimes, an idea gets unexpected validity from odd places.  This map, downloaded from http://strangemaps.wordpress.com/  from their January 7, 2008 posting, has a tiny note in the very top, very left-hand corner that reads "The Scythians, born of the Hebrews".  It's a Hensel map, from 1730.

     What makes this particularly interesting to Catholic Fundamentalists is that the historical theory many of us embrace says that most modern Europeans are descended from various Hebrew Tribes, mostly from the ten northern tribes of Israel who were deported to the North in 720 B.C., from which areas they gradualy moved through Europe, about as quickly as their descendants colonized The Americas.

     Further, Catholic Fundamentalists believe that those societies are, in large part, dominated by descendants of Abraham.  The ongoing work done by their unelected leaders in the EU to destroy them, their countries, and their economies, and replace them with those from other tribes, is at the very heart of the Culture of Death.

     Hensel, in 1730, seems to validate that the Scythians, progenitors of many European peoples, including the Scots and some Spanish groups, were, themselves, said to be "born of the Hebrews".   St. Andrew, the Patron Saint of Scotland, brought Christianity to them in the 1st Century, AD, while the Scots were still living in Scythia, above the Black Sea.  There's more on the history of Scotland in the "Monographs" section of this site.

                                                         Lies, like straws, break backs.

     There are two systems at work in most of the somewhat Christian countries.  There is a private sector, which is held to high standards, and a public sector that is held to no standards at all.  As the latter grows, the former shrinks, and collapse is ever-nearer.

     Lies, when piled high to justify ever-further enslavement of citizens, will finally make a nation fall.   In the United States, it is illegal for citizens to drill for oil in many of its own territories.  The nation is forced to bankrupt itself buying foreign oil which bankrolls terrorists in whose countries oil is produced.  While this, in itself, is not as great a lie manifested in Zimbabwe's $100,000,000 bills worth a loaf of bread, representing the near-final collapse of lies, the American's environmental lies cause very real hardships to its people.

     When one examines the reasons for such lies, the fact that large pay-offs are being made to key officials, in exchange for which they direct cash flows to the briber, one sees that democracy is largely a sham.  In medicine, the Cholesterol Lies (almost as big and complex as the Global Warming Lies) are starting to come unraveled.   The FDA did nothing to protect us from the Cholesterol Lies. 

     Sometimes, several lies come undone at the same time.  As the energy lies, environmental lies, education lies, medical lies, food & water lies, and political lies collapse, there is a slight chance that cash flows will be directed back to the decreasing number of citizens whose real work provided the money in the first place.

     Don't hold your breath. 

II.  There are two kinds of doctors:

A.  Doctors who were able to see through the fog and hype surrounding the statin drugs and understand that cholesterol-lowering drugs were mostly useless at best, and dangerous at worst.

B.  Doctors who believed the claims of the drug companies.  These poor souls simply could not see through the hype, and helped countless billions of dollars to be wasted while destroying the health of those who lost kidney function, balance, nerve function, and got liver damage from statin drugs.  These doctors are the same sort of medical practitioners who thought lobotomies were wonderful, who decried early and effective cures for polio, and once said "smoking is good for you".

     It is wrong to profit by causing misfortune to the innocent.  But, it's hard for Catholic Fundamentalists to avoid thinking about short-selling the drug makers who rely on statin drugs.  Knowledge of their faults is spreading.   As that process goes on, the values of their companies will be reduced, along with the values of their stocks.  To check the accuracy of this prediction, today at 10:30 AM, Pfizer (PFE) was a little over $23.30.

                                                                   Bursting bubbles.

     Each of our souls can be easily visualized as a bubble.  Our individual soul/bubble is swimming in a sea of spiritual beings trying to collapse it. 

     On the other hand, there are spiritual forces that lead us toward God and truth.  Those are the voices to whom we should listen.

     There are temptations all around each of us.  If we think about what we spend a lot of our time thinking about, we can identify the temptations most likely to cause our own separation from God.  Those are the temptations we must fight.  Giving in to any temptation weakens, and/or shrinks, our individual soul/bubble.

     When a bubble collapses in nature, tremendous energy is released.  The same thing happens on the spiritual level when a soul is destroyed.  The leader of the Culture of Death feeds on the spiritual energy released when a soul is collapsed.  He and his assistants are ravenously hungry for that energy.  That's why they are in favor of every sin from abortion to adultery.

     Each time a mind is led to believe a lie, the soul is weakened.  The more lies a person believes, the closer the soul/bubble comes to destruction.

     This is why lies like Global Warming are so important to the Other Side.  Once we get into the habit of believing even the most plausible of lies, we are more helpless against other lies.  If our soul becomes more accepting of lies, we have a tendency to start to lie, ourselves, in order to justify giving into those things and actions that tempt us. 

     That's why there is such an onslaught of lies, sins, and temptations.  Each of them is a wedge through which destruction wants to enter, bursting our bubble.

     Catholic Fundamentalists believe that lies, sins, and temptations are living beings.  Each news broadcast contains hordes of demons launched straight into the minds of each recipient.  They are the spiritual equivalents of germs or viruses in the body, but can't be seen, even with the most powerful microscopes.  If we could easily see the clouds of demons being blasted through the airwaves, we'd be so frightened that fear would override our free will, thus making us not free. 

     In the Judgment to come, each soul will be judged.  According to some law beyond our immediate ken, souls who have embraced too many lies will have automatically given in to so much sin that they have removed themselves from the possibility of salvation.

     The news tells us that the Culture of Death is more in charge than ever.  From abortion to the "kill 'em with malaria by taking away DDT", the Culture of Death has made huge inroads. 

     Every imaginary problem is motivated by the desire for death and taxes.  When we consider the seemingly harmless "bio-fuels", that produce amazingly expensive energy while driving up the cost of food to the poor, we see the desire for death manifested.

                                      How their "death of a thousand cuts" may bring us more life.

     The Culture of Death presently seems satisfied with destroying life and freedom one step at a time.  Those in the Culture of Death realize and understand that when they achieve full power, they will be among the first destroyed.  Just as the French Revolution quickly guillotined its earliest supporters, the Communist Revolution did the same thing.

     Even Jim Jones, a leftist tyranny in microcosm, quickly fulfilled his perverted mission by killing his followers rather than losing power over them.

     So, the smarter members of the Culture of Death prefer to see life and freedom destroyed completely only after they have outlived the generous pensions for which so many have traded their souls.

     Those in the Culture of Death are given specific assignments.  Each is given the mission of destroying some bit of life or freedom.  Some work on forcing people to replace cheap, efficient septic tanks with expensive public sewer systems.  Others are assigned to fighting against malaria-stopping programs.  Others work for abortion or spreading life-shortening sexual practices.  Many work to destroy students' reading, writing, and math skills.  Each lost soul in the Culture of Death has an assignment of making things always worse, never better.  They all work together to destroy life and freedom.  When one of them is attacked, all will counter-attack.

     It has always been so, and will always be. 

     Babylon can only grow if the strong take from the weak.  Our job, bizarre as it is, is to love the poor, lost souls who labor so mightily to destroy us.  Loving them doesn't count for much until we realize how much they hate us as they bring us closer to slavery and death.

     So, we try to love them, love them, love them.  As we do, our eternal place in Heaven is ever higher.  As a bonus, loving those who manifest their hatred for us by enslaving and killing us and our neighbors might, by a not unknown miracle, help a handful of them turn from the Culture of Death to the Loving God Who programmed us all with the ability to know Him.

     True life and freedom are only to be found in loving Christ more than the things of this earth that those in the Culture of Death worship enough to lie, steal, and kill to "own" during their brief days in the clay.

                                                             Murder by another name.

     Last night, advertisements for a new TV program began to air.  In February, young couples who say they want to have children will be given "borrowed" children to take care of for a period of time.

     The "borrowed" children, at the urging of ratings-hungry directors, will be encouraged to be badly behaved and to make messes.  The clear message sent to young couples by the program:  "Don't be bothered having children.  They will make your life a living hell."

     Many will be discouraged from having children.  The love of family is undermined.  A generation will be reduced.

     This is an effective move by the Culture of Death.  This past year, in our small parish, there was only one baptism.  With programs like this, there will be fewer souls created to love God forever.   The Culture of Death rejoices.

                                          Is it our parish priest who appears in Revelations 4:1?

     "Then, in my vision, I saw a door open in Heaven . . ."   At every Mass, it is our parish priest who opens a door in Heaven, through which, according to the First Eucharistic Prayer, ". . . your angel may take this sacrifice to your altar in heaven. Then, as we receive from this altar the sacred body and blood of your Son . ."

     We cannot take full advantage of that opened door unless we are at Mass, when the door is officially opened, and the Divine Messenger allows us to be brought closer to what all sane people hope to be their eternal home.

      Each of us is merely asked to be below the opened door at least once a week.  Without availing ourselves of that great privilege, we lose a bit of contact with The Programmer Who lovingly programmed us at the moment of our conception, nurtured us through our life until this very day, and Who wants us to be with Him forever in Heaven.

     When we think of our parish priest, we should think "Miracles!".  Out of all the billions of people in the world, he has let himself be selected to be our shepherd, and he has courageously taken the risk of all that entails.  He has accepted the challenge of being judged by a higher standard, and, by another miracle, has been sent among us to guide us to everlasting light.

     Our parish priest is nothing less than a gift from God, a living doorway to Him.

                             It's naive to think the Culture of Death ever wants to make things better.

     Innocence must not destroy us.  When we take any of the CoD's lies, and tell the truth about them, we are lying to ourselves if we think they will be happy for an opportunity to grow closer to the truth.

     The Culture of Death is always in favor of higher costs, more taxes, increased regulations, poverty, and death.  They are demonic in nature, hateful in thought, and destructive in action. 

     One of their most effective ploys is to pretend to want to "help".  They only want to destroy.  As long as we are faithful, our souls will grow closer to God and salvation.   They, on the other hand, have willingly chosen the Devil and eternal damnation.

     It does no good to argue with them.  It does no good to fight with them.  The best thing we can do is pray to God to let them love their neighbors.

     How He does that is up to Him.

                                                     Global Warming just hit you hard!

     It's always fun to see how people create mass hysteria and profit from it.   Global Warming is a textbook example. 

     Consider that, today, you can purchase a case of one hundred 75 watt light bulbs for .39 cents each. 

     Global Warming profiteers just passed a law mandating the new "high-efficiency" mercury-based light bulbs.  They have written laws that will force the .39 cent incandescent light bulbs off the market within the next few years.  Each of us will be forced to buy the new $3.00 light bulbs that aren't as bright.

     If you've ever seen a light bulb factory, you see the wonders of mass production.  Bulbs are produced in totally automated, "lights-out" factories with almost no cost in labor. 

     As it is, manufacturers might be making a penny or two in profit per bulb.  They will make a dollar or so with each of the new bulbs they sell.  A small portion of that obscene profit has been pledged to the hired guns of the environmental movement to be sure the favored manufacturers may continue to be exempted from the rush to regulation.

II.  It is interesting that mercury, which is needed to make the new bulbs work, is, by the miracles of junk science, not considered a "health hazard" when placed in the fragile glass tubes of the "enlightened light".   Mercury is, however, still worrisomely identified as a "health hazard" in dental fillings, thermometers (mercury thermometers are now illegal in many countries), and every other application. 

     One can imagine a housewife being arrested for taking her child's temperature with a mercury thermometer in a room illuminated by the new mercury-based light bulbs.  The law has made mercury contained in glass mandatory in one situation, and a felony in others.  It's hard to find the time in one's life to pray enough for such people.

III.  Environmentalists assigned to "recycling" already have plans in place to "recycle" the new mercury-based bulbs.  Consumers will have to register each bulb at each purchase.  An RFID chip will allow each and every light bulb to be tracked.  A huge cadre of soon-to-be hired "Green Collar" workers will make sure that each and every light bulb is returned to some central location for recycling when it burns out, at an additional cost.  Those involved will be "green collar" workers.   They would prefer that we be in the dark about such things.  Most of us are.

IV.  Professional leftists, in their endless wailing about "the unfairness of the widening income gap" will completely ignore those who have become billionaires by manipulating the legislative and regulatory processes to impoverish people by making them buy dim, expensive lights.

                                             Degree of insanity = distance from God

     The ultimate source of sane, rational thought comes from The Programmer.  As we free-will creatures distance ourselves from Him, we get crazier and crazier as lunacy leads to death.

     As a rule, the sanest man with whom we Catholics will come in contact is our parish priest.  Aside from the one or two percent who have gone over to the other side, priests are remarkably sane and rational.  They are aware of the ravages of sin, and have the mechanisms to help us avoid that damage.

     Our minds have been programmed to seek order.  The greatest order is to be found in He Who programmed order and in those minds which work to follow that order.  The parish priest knows that, and does what he can to keep us in line with the rational thought provided by The Programmer.

     Disorder is the hallmark of the Other Side.  Those who wish to destroy innocent souls do so by introducing disorder.

     Abortionists are among those who destroy good order by death.  Some have been so dulled and confused by sin that many of them are no longer aware that they are doing evil.  Others have so perverted their innate desire for order they can only find it in systems that inflict death.  Many of them insanely claim to be helping both the babies they destroy and the mothers in whom they live.

     Neither mothers nor babies are helped.  Thinking that killing is helpful to anyone is insanity.

     Those who embrace lesser disorders, like extreme environmentalism, also result in death.  The millions who died from malaria because environmentalists stopped DDT from being used are just as dead as aborted babies.

     The Culture of Death is insane.  They are homicidal maniacs still wrapped in the disguise of "help" while they work diligently to destroy The Church still able to keep them from the total destruction their leader seeks.

                                                                  Classic lunacy.

     Those in the Culture of Death are skilled at making their ideals more important than life or suffering.  Their conclusions are inevitably deemed to be "enlightened".  Their stifling self-righteousness drives them to implement their decisions regardless of human cost. 

     While millions die of malaria, DDT is banned.  While women suffer at record rates from breast cancer, the connections between that and both childlessness and abortion are hidden.  As millions suffer from high electric bills, nuclear reactors are not allowed to be built.

     Once, lobotomies were popular, and an entire medical establishment stood behind them.  Genuine medical advancements go unfunded while the cholesterol frauds earn billions.  Killing unborn babies is more important than saving them.

     All unnecessary death and suffering comes from the same two places it did in the Garden of Eden, the wiles of the Devil and the receptivity of the human mind to vanity.

                                                                      "Change".

     Figuratively, most of the Democratic candidates are wearing giant buttons that say "Change!".  A surprising number of people think this is meaningful.  They will nod wisely, with their eyes opened unusually widely to emphasize the effort they are making to appear intelligent, while reciting, "We need change."

     Wide-eyed nodding while repeating the short sentence that identifies them as somewhere south of the vertical dividing line on a bell curve, when done properly, will ensure one of their teeming millions a brief cameo on the evening news, after which barely brighter commentators will comment endlessly on what has been made to seem "intellectual".

     This process shows that there is absolutely no change.

                                                                          "Green"

     Pittsburgh, south of where I live, is a wonderful microcosm of the rot that has spread through America.  Several extremely wealthy families control the area, as they have since before the centralization of steel mills brought a century of massive cash flows into their pockets from all over the world.

     Wealthy families are marvelously skilled at insulating themselves from criticism by "giving something back".  They subsidize operas, playhouses, and any number of "green" organizations.  Their foundations are generally run by Communists who revel in the process by which they are able to use the money of the rich to keep everyone else as poor as possible.

     Last night a "green building" show aired on one of many local public television station that exist largely to record the endless magnanimity of the local rich people who are "giving back".  It was the dumbest half hour that has appeared on television since the last Sesame Street. 

     Among other things, Pittsburghers were told that they should "go green".  One of the ten suggested ways to "go green" was to turn off the water while brushing one's teeth. 

     It was a painful half-hour of mindless drivel, doing the job it meant to, deadening the minds of all who watched it.
