Demons lead many to hate God and their neighbors. #14.

A Catholic parent whose children were fighting among themselves was blessed with Today's Reading!

In Today’s Reading, The Book of Job 1:6-22 tells us the demonic cause of every disagreement with God:

“One day, when the angels of God came to present themselves before the LORD, Satan also came among them.”  That must have been before “one third of the angels were swept out of Heaven“, described in Revelation 12:4.

We know that Jesus saw that happen!  Luke 10:18 tells us:  “I was watching Satan fall from Heaven like lightning.”

That may have happened around 2,000 BC, when Abraham received “bread and wine” from Melchizedek at Jerusalem.  That is a “Hidden Catholic Prophecy” of billions of Catholics being blessed to receive The Body and Blood of Jesus by the Divine Miracle of Transubstantiation that has changed “bread and wine” into “The Body and Blood of Jesus Christ” at every Catholic Communion over the past 2,000 years!

Back to Job!  “And the LORD said to Satan, ‘From where do you come?’  Then, Satan answered the LORD and said, ‘From roaming the earth and patrolling it.’  And, the LORD said to Satan, ‘Have you noticed My servant, Job, and that there is no one on earth like him, blameles and upright, fearing God and avoiding evil?'”

Satan had “noticed” Job, and shared his thoughts about him, telling God that Job was good only because God had made him prosperous!  “But, if You put forth Your hand and touch anything that he has, surely he will blaspheme You to Your face.'”

Catholics see that as another “Hidden Catholic Prophecy” foretelling that the devil would spend the next 4,000 years trying to get people on earth to “blaspheme God to His face!”

Satan has destroyed nations, families, and people in his desire to get as many people as they can to “blaspheme God to His face”!  That’s what the devil and his tribes of demons;  pride, envy, greed, gluttony, anger, lust, and sloth do!  The New Catholic Word, “peggalas”, helps us keep them in mind with every sinful temptation they provide.

Satan’s demons get as many people in as many nations as he can to reject The Church-Creating Word of The Prophesied Messiah to His First Catholic Pope:

“And I say unto you:  ‘Thou art Peter, and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.  I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.'”

Catholics, along with many others, follow Psalm 17:1-7, and we plead with God to “Incline Your ear to me and hear my word.”  We ask God to “Hear, O LORD, a just suit;  attend to my outcry;  hearken to my prayer from lips without deceit… From You, let Judgment come… though you try me with fire, you shall find no malice in me… show us Your wondrous mercies, O Savior of those who flee from their foes to refuge at your right hand.”

That is a “Hidden Catholic Prophecy” predicting He Who Is “seated at the right hand of God.'”  1 Peter 3:22, Mark 16:19, Luke 22:69, Ephesians 1:20, Acts 5:31, 2:33, 7:55-56, Romans 8:34, and Hebrews 1:3 and 10:12 confirm that “Hidden Catholic Prophecy” for all who respect the Prophets’ Words of Isaiah 41:10, Exodus 15:6, and Psalms 118:15-16 and 110:1.

Then, all who are blessed to respect He Who Fulfilled the Messianic Prophecies are blessed with today’s “Alleluia” in Mark 10:45,  “The Son of Man came to serve and to give His life as a ransom for many.”

Who are those blessed to be in the “many” (not all!) who are “ransomed”?  Jesus clearly tells us in Luke 9:46-50.  His chosen Disciples, the First Catholic Bishops, were arguing about “which of them was greatest.  Jesus realized the intention of their hearts, and took a child and placed it by His side and said to them:

Saint Joseph holding Jesus

‘Whoever receives this child in My name receives Me, and whoever receives Me receives The One Who sent Me.  For the one who is least among all of you is the one who is greatest.”

John, “the most blessed” disciple among the first Catholic Bishops, asked Jesus how to deal with those who are close to being Catholic.  “Then, John said in reply, ‘Master, we saw someone casting out demons in Your Name, and we tried to prevent him because he does not follow in our company.”

Jesus told every Catholic how to deal with them!  “Jesus said to him, ‘Do not prevent him, for whoever is not against you is with you.'”

May all be blessed to not be “against” any Catholic Teaching!
