Early this week, some warm temperatures hit the Northeast. “Record warm temperatures!” were breathlessly announced by all news commentators, inevitably followed by the obligatory connection with the imaginary “global warming”.
At the exact same time, record cold temperatures hit the Northwest quadrant of the United States. Ski slopes were re-opened, crops were damaged, and real damage was done.
Not one word about that on the “news”.
