Marketing Plan Denominations do not require the avoidance of excessive clerical wealth. 43,000 kinds of Protestantism cause confusion and destruction.
The problems caused by greedy clergy were identified by God in Ez 34:1-11.
“The word of the Lord came to me: Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, in these words prophesy to them to the shepherds:
Thus says the Lord GOD: Woe to the shepherds (false priests) of Israel who have been pasturing (taking care of) themselves! Should not shepherds, rather, pasture (take care of their) sheep? You have fed off their milk, worn their wool, and slaughtered the fatlings, but the sheep you have not pastured (you have not taken care of).
You did not strengthen the weak nor heal the sick nor bind up the injured. You did not bring back the strayed nor seek the lost, but you lorded it over them harshly and brutally. So they were scattered for the lack of a shepherd, and became food for all the wild beasts. My sheep were scattered and wandered over all the mountains and high hills; my sheep were scattered over the whole earth, with no one to look after them or to search for them.”
This same confusion has returned in the last 500 years. With Luther, “the dragon was unchained from the abyss” and “The Thousand Year Reign” of The Catholic Church over Western Europe was ended.
Now, Christendom is divided into 43,000 Marketing Plan Denominations. We see what Ezekiel described. Today, we see in every city in Europe, and many in America, people divided by false shepherds are “scattered for the lack of a shepherd and become food for the wild beasts.”,(those encouraged to ravage them).
The honest recognize that, and understand that The Only Church Jesus Founded still requires Vows of Celibacy, Obedience, and, often, Poverty, to keep the shepherds focus on taking care of their sheep, not feeding off them.
If all who understood were Catholic, we could stop the confusion, and live.
