Ne’er Do Well Relatives

Many of us know, or are related to, people who never do well. A recent, local murder is an extreme example that has much in common with others. A wealthy man, and his younger “trophy wife”, were murdered by his chronically unemployed son from an earlier marriage. At the same time, the unemployed 40 year old killed his step-mother.

One of the last things that the murdered man and his son did together was to visit the local bank. There, they opened his safety deposit box, and reviewed his will. Shortly after he realized just how much he stood to gain if his father and step-mother died, the son killed killed them both. Then, he dismembered their bodies and burned the remains in several locations.

On a larger scale, the same destruction goes on in wealthy societies with illegal immigrants, mostly from North Africa and the Middle East. Moslems have been swarming into Europe and America. Like the son in the local story, they have analyzed our assets. By examining the inner workings of our political structures they have found how to twist them, with bribes and bullying, to satisfy insatiable demands for “their rights”. They know what the unemployed son knew; as soon as they kill us, they get our money and property. The “murder” of free, open societies is taking place on a daily basis.

Just as one wonders why the son of the wealthy man didn’t get a job and support himself, it’s logical to ask, “Why can’t the Moslem countries take care of themselves? Why are they driven to murder and loot Christians, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, humanists, and all others who disagree with them, at home and abroad?”

The answer, as with the murder of the rich man by his ne’er do well son, is that some people want money for which they’re too lazy to work, and they want it enough to kill for it. They all adopt belief systems that help them feel entitled to do what they want.

Vanity is at the heart of murder, whether of individuals or nations.
