Catholics solve “The Mystery of The Scrolls” in Today’s Reading! #65.

Question 1:  “What is ‘The Mystery of The Scrolls’ in Today’s Reading?”

Answer:  “‘The Mystery of The Scrolls’ begin in Ez 2:8-3:4:  ‘The Lord God said to me: ‘As for you, son of man, obey me when I speak to you:  be not rebellious like this house of rebellion, but open your mouth and eat what I shall give you.
It was then I saw a hand stretched out to me, in which was a written scroll which He unrolled before me.  It was covered with writing front and back, and written on it was:  Lamentation and wailing and woe!’

The Mystery Includes: ‘How and why should we ‘eat’ a ‘scroll’?”

~

Question 3:  “Could anyone open and read ‘the scroll written on both sides’?”

“Question 4:  ‘Are  ‘scrolls’ mentioned elsewhere in The Bible?”

Answer:  “Ezra 6:2,  ‘And a scroll was found in the fortress of Ecbatana, in the province of Media, with the following written on it about the Temple to be built in Jerusalem.’
Psalm 40:7,
Then I said, “Here I am, I have come; it is written about me in the scroll’
Jeremiah 36:2, Take a scroll and write on it all the words I have spoken to you concerning Israel, Judah, and all the nations, from the day I first spoke to you during the reign of Josiah until today.’
Ezekiel 2:9,  Then I looked and saw a hand reaching out to me, and in it was a scroll,’
Ezekiel 3:1,  ‘Son of man,” He said to me, “eat what you find here. Eat this scroll, then go and speak to the house of Israel.'”

Question 5:  “The Catholic Church was Spoken Into Being by This Word of Jesus to The First Pope: ‘And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’ What does The Catholic Church teach us about ‘scrolls’?”

Answer:  “Jesus Christ is The Living Word of God in Human Form.  Jesus repeated His Call to Catholic Communion 12 times in John 6 and twice more at The Last Supper:  ‘If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you do not have life in you.’

When a Catholic receives The Body and Blood of Jesus Christ in Catholic Communion, we have downloaded The Living Word, The ‘Holy Scroll’, of God within us.”

~

Every Catholic solves ‘The Mystery of The Scrolls’ each time we receive Catholic Communion. It is the only way we may obey Ezekiel 3:1: “eat what I shall give you”

May God bless us all to understand The Power of God Who lives within us. May every person on earth be a living solution to “The Mystery of The Scrolls.”
