CatholicFundamentalism.com Uses Two Pictures to Let Us See One Miracle

Two pictures let Catholics see God more clearly than ever.

St. Faustina’s famous image of Jesus reveals more than rays of Divine Mercy. It shows how God’s Holy Light streams directly into every Catholic soul who lifts their gaze to Him.

In this older picture, a Catholic kneels in front of Jesus on The Cross.   Catholics put both pictures together in our minds and see that God’s Holy Light in St. Faustina’s picture comes through the hole the Roman spearman, Longinus, made in The Sacred Heart of He Who Fulfilled the Prophecies.  His “Holy Blood and Water” enlightens every person who asks to be chosen to have it.

We see The Holy Trinity.  God the Father sends the Light of The Holy Spirit through His Son’s Heart.  He aims it to Earth so we may see it.  Putting the two pictures together helps Catholics see what Jesus lets us become in Mt. 5:14-16: “You are the light of the world.”  May every Catholic put ourselves “on a lampstand” so we may “give light to all in the house.”

May we all be blessed to better obey:  “Just so, your light must shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Heavenly Father.”

We may want to share this simple understanding.

Today’s Simple Rhyme:  “Jesus pain / becomes our gain.”
