A Catholic Mystery: Was Paul or John taken to “The Third Heaven”?

2 Corinthians 12:2 says SOMEONE was taken up to the Third Heaven. Paul or John?

In 2 Corinthians 12:2, St. Paul tells us:  “I know a man in Christ who, fourteen years ago (whether in the body or out of the body I do not know, God knows), was caught up to the third heaven.  And I know that this man (whether in the body or out of the body I do not know, God knows) was caught up into Paradise and heard ineffable things, which no one may utter.”

The Book of Revelation was written by St. John.  In Revelation 4:1-3, he tells us:  “After this I looked up, and there before me was a door standing open in Heaven.  And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said ‘Come up here and I will show you what must take place after this.”  At once, I was in The Spirit, and there before me was a throne in Heaven with someone sitting on it.  And the one who sat that had the appearance of jasper and ruby.  A ranbow that shone like an emerald  encircled the throne.”

Was Paul describing himself or John when he said:  “I know a man who was caught up to The Third Heaven.“?

Or, does Jesus tell us not to worry about such things in verse 33 in Today’s Gospel from Mt. 6:24-34?   “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things (including answers to such questions) will be given to you besides.”
