Ezekiel 34:11-16 tells us: “Thus says the Lord GOD: “I myself will look after and tend my sheep. As a shepherd tends his flock when he finds himself among his scattered sheep, so will I tend my sheep.
I will rescue them from every place where they were scattered when it was cloudy and dark.”
This Prophecy was fulfilled when The Blessed Virgin Mary of The House of David gave birth to The Prophesied Messiah in Bethlehem, and God appeared in human form as “The Good Shepherd“.
Jesus fulfilled God’s Promise: “I will lead them out from among the peoples and gather them from the foreign lands; I will bring them back to their own country and pasture them upon the mountains of Israel.” Only Catholics can see that for 2,000 years, “the mountains of Israel” have been Catholic Churches!
How do we know that? Ezekiel Prophesies about “lost sheep” blessed to be in those Catholic Churches: “The lost I will seek out, the strayed I will bring back, the injured I will bind up, the sick I will heal, but the sleek and the strong I will destroy, shepherding them rightly.” What a good reason not to go to Judgment among “the sleek and the strong”!
Catholics are blessed to see Prophecies fulfilled in Psalm 23:1-6. “The Lord is my shepherd; there is nothing I shall want.”
His “shepherds” are Catholic priests and religious. God’s Love for them lets their love for us be obvious with vows of Poverty, Celibacy, and Obedience to every Word of God and The Church He Spoke Into Being His Word to His First Catholic Pope: “And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”
John 10:14 explains what the seven missing Books of Protestant Bibles keep them from clearly seeing in John 10:14, “I am the good shepherd, says The Lord. I know My sheep and Mine know Me.”
May all be blessed to be Catholic and get “the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven”, The Seven Catholic Sacraments. The “Good Shepherd” Who Fulfilled The Prophecies died to leave them to His One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church, led by 268 Successors to Peter.
