Catholics connect ourselves with The Crucifixion and St. Faustina:

St. Faustina lets us see how The Mercy of God shines through the hole a Roman soldier's spear made in The Sacred Heart of His Son.

The Bible tells us that a Roman soldier drove his spear through The Sacred Heart of Jesus.

St. Faustina was blessed to let us know that God’s Great Mercy flows through that opening in His Son’s Sacred Heart and falls on those who have sought His Mercy for the past 2,000 years.

This picture gives us an even clearer picture of where each of us will stand forever if we choose to seek His Mercy during our time on earth:

We see The Light of God shining through The Sacred Heart of Jesus and enlightening all who “Trust in Him”.  We are grateful to God and St. Faustina for letting us see how our Faith lets our minds and souls be illuminated by The Power of God’s mercy.

We see those on either side who choose to shade themselves.  May we be blessed to not let our vanity keep us from trusting Jesus enough to let His Church-Creating Word to His First Catholic Pope open the doors of Heaven for those who “Trust in His Mercy”:

“And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.  I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”

May all be as blessed to let St. Faustina show how our immortal souls may be saved by the “light of His Mercy” for all the time to come.  Drista C, who is blessed to greatly appreciate St. Fustina offers two suggestions to better connect our minds and souls to St. Faustina’s revelations from God.  She suggests that may click on the link to her book, which is at the end of every catholicfundamentalism.com post, and open her Diary to entry #60, with “God viewing us on earth through the wounds of Jesus”.  We also consider #1602, with “The Blood and Water from His Passion pouring over her in Confession”.

May God bless us all to honor St. Faustina’s Teachings about Jesus.
