The anonymous Catholic who writes for this site has been helped by one of The Smartest People on Television to solve a great Mystery of History. Josh Gates, with his “Tales from The Explorer’s Club”, may not know that he has helped Catholics connect:
1. Recently discovered Cities like Göbekli Tepe, built 12,000 years ago and carefully buried, with
2. Egyptian pyramids, 4,000 years ago, and
3. The Tribe of “Hopewell Indians” who ruled an area between Illinois and Pennsylvania over 2,000 years ago, and
4. How God’s ancient priest, Melchizedek (Catholics love to Google the few Bible passages about him!), did God’s Work on Earth long before Abraham, Moses, God’s Prophets, Jesus, The Catholic Church, and
5. You and me, today!
How did Josh Gates help us make those connections on his television show?
He showed this picture of a small, drilled piece of rock uncovered in the buildings buried under hills of earth by the Göbekli Tepe people, 12,000 years ago, when, for unknown reasons, they buried the huge cities they abandoned:
When the author of catholicfundamentalism.com saw that picture, he saw the similarities with the hole in this stone pipe. It came from an Indian grave uncovered in a huge, American Indian city of over a hundred acres surrounded by a huge wall. It was built by God’s appropriately named “Hopewell Indians” in Southern Ohio, over 2,000 years ago:
Despite 40 years of manufacturing experience, the author could not figure out how Stone Age Indians had drilled that hole until he saw a picture of Tutankhamen’s steel daggers from an ancient Egyptian tomb:
The daggers were made from a meteorite! He realized that the only way the small holes in the Göbekli Tepe stone and the small holes drilled in the stone pipes from Ohio could have been drilled in the world’s Stone Ages was by using drill bits carefully formed from pieces of steel-like meteorites or high-quality iron ore.
An insightful Catholic priest saw the Indian pipes. He immediately asked the author a very intelligent question: “Did Indian Tribes send out prospectors to find stones they could turn into things of value?” That brilliantly insightful question helped the author realize that larger Indian Tribes had many occupations that included “prospectors” looking for valuable stones for skilled workers to carve in every Indian city’s stone-working factories. The most intelligent of the Hopewell Indians found meteorites, or high-quality iron ore, and formed tiny pieces of them into drills. They made their stone pipes so unusually special that other Tribes would pay for them! The drills all rusted away, leaving us to solve the Mystery.
Those “Hopewell Indians” had the same high IQ that blessed the DNA of the Göbekli Tepe people, those who built the endless buildings of Babylon, and the pyramids of Egypt. But: the Göbekli Tepe people buried their cities. Who would have wanted all the Göbekli Tepe cities to be buried and hidden until we could discover them in our time, 10,000 years later?
Melchizedek knew that God wanted smarter people in our generation to make that connection before The Loving Programmer’s Creation Program runs to its Scheduled Conclusion! We realize Melchizedek had let those who followed his guidance move into The Iron Age 10,000 years before others were able to do so.
Josh Gates has helped us connect God and all the relatives who have lived in The Family of Man for 12,000 years! Sadly, when Mr. Gates did another televised program, in a search for Buffalo Bill’s grave, he did not mention that Buffalo Bill had become a Catholic two days before he died.
May we all be blessed to make Catholic Connections that let us get “the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven” that were given by He Who Fulfilled The Prophecies to His First Catholic Pope and no one else on earth: “And I say unto you thou art Peter and on ths rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
