Your government wants you. Dead. The vast populace in the bulge of the bell curve believes that their government likes them and wants to help them be prosperous and live long, healthy lives. Few things could be farther from the truth. From the moment of our conception to our death, elements in every government want their citizens to die, most of them hoping that death comes on the same day a citizen retires and will begin collecting Social Security.
Social Security, in the form of a “free lunch” helped the left take control of America. When Social Security began, it included all older people, most of whom had never paid into it at all. As they began to get more free money in the mail than they ever knew existed, senior citizens became Franklin Roosevelt’s staunchest supporters.
Now that Social Security is going broke, there are three choices:
First, raise the amounts withheld from wages and salaries, a political impossibility in light of the current, and deepening, recession.
Second, cut the benefits/increase retirement age. That, too, is a political impossibility, especially since the retirement system has been ravaged by declines in interest rates, forcing many oldsters to make cutbacks.
Third, withhold medical care/encourage euthanasia so that oldsters don’t take money out of the system for as long a time. Already, some treatments involving gene therapy are being withheld, as are some cancer treatments. A couple of states have already passed legislation allowing for “assisted suicide”, and others can hardly wait to do so.
No one in government wants to privatize the Social Security System, even though it would reduce costs while increasing benefits. Government employees think it’s better to keep people from living as long than to lose government jobs.
