1 Samuel 1:24-28 tells us we should return God’s Blessing to us by giving ourselves to God. That’s what Hannah did when she gave her only son to God. “I prayed for this child, and the LORD granted my request. Now I, in turn, give him to the LORD; as long as he lives, he shall be dedicated to the LORD.’ She left Samuel there.”
Samuel was blessed to live by his Mother’s blessing! “My heart exults in the Lord, my Savior!… “The bows of the mighty are broken…. The LORD puts to death and gives life… He makes some poor and some rich… He raises the needy from the dust; from the dung heap He lifts up the poor, to seat them with nobles and make a glorious throne their heritage.”
Catholics are blessed to see what The Loving Programmer has Downloaded in His Creation Program in Today’s Alleluia: “O King of all nations and keystone of the Church; come and save man, whom You formed from the dust!”
Catholics share what is a “new idea” to many: Hannah, the mother of Samuel, returned in holier form in Mary, the Mother of Jesus! She brought the Old Testament and the New together in Luke 1: 46-56:
“My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord; my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for He has looked upon His lowly servant. From this day all generations will call me blessed: the Almighty has done great things for me, and holy is His Name.”
Catholics are blessed by Six Short Prophecies from The Mother of The Second Person of The Holy Trinity!
1. “From this day, all generations will call me blessed.” That Prophecy comes true every time a Catholic says a “Hail Mary”. Each of what may be trillions of Hail Marys has included “blessed art thou among women!” Even the most close-minded Protestants can’t argue with the fact that Prophecy is still being fulfilled by all blessed to have Catholic “gene-rations”!
2. “He has mercy on those who fear Him in every generation.” (Every day, the souls of Catholics go to Judgment among “You are My friends if you obey My commands”!)
3. “He has shown the strength of His arm, and has scattered the proud in their conceit.” (History shows that countless thousands of anti-Catholic denominations have been “scattered in their conceit”.)
4. “He has cast down the mighty from their thrones and lifted up the lowly.” (Again, the souls of His “obedient friends” [Catholics] are “lifted up”!)
5. “He has filled the hungry with good things (That is a Prophecy of The Seven Catholic Sacraments!) and the rich He has sent away empty.” (A Prophecy of what happens to souls of unrepentant gluttons at Judgment.)
6. “He has come to the help of His servant, Israel, for He remembered His Promise of Mercy, the promise He made to our fathers, to Abraham, and his children forever.” (Catholics still get God’s “help” to be as Catholic as we can.)
Catholics are blessed to see that Mary’s Prophecies came true when Jesus left us a place where every person could find God’s “Promise of Mercy”! He Spoke One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church into Being with His Church-Creating Word to God’s First Catholic Pope:
“And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”!
May all be blessed to respect The Prophecies of Mary, get the “keys to The Kingdom of Heaven”, and have the Seven Catholic Sacraments let our immortal souls into Heaven!
