May all be blessed to read Isaiah 61:1-3, 6, 8-9 intelligently enough to see “Hidden Prophecies” predicting exactly what He Who Fulfilled the Prophecies would say, 700 years later!
“The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Me, because the LORD has anointed Me; He has sent Me to bring glad tidings to the lowly,…”
The “gladdest tidings” that Isaiah predicted Jesus would bring to earth are His Church-Creating Words to His First Catholic Pope. They have provided the “keys to The Kingdom of Heaven” to the billions of grateful Catholics to follow for 2,000 years!
“And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”
Those “keys to The Kingdom of Heaven” include the Seven Catholic Sacraments. Baptism, Confession/Absolution, Holy Communion, Confirmation, Healing, Marriage, and Holy Orders connect directly to Isaiah’s Word because they:
“heal the brokenhearted, proclaim liberty to the captives and give release to the prisoners, …” Catholics see the Fulfillment of Isaiah’s Prophecy and realize how we are blessed by our Seven Sacramental Gifts from God:
“I will give them their recompense faithfully, a lasting covenant I will make with them. Their descendants shall be renowned among the nations, and their offspring among the peoples; All who see them shall acknowledge them as a race the LORD has blessed.”
The proof of Isaiah’s Prophecy is made clearer than ever because many souls lost in the confusion of putting themselves “before God” and His Prophets “see” us so unclearly they hate to “acknowledge us as a race The LORD has blessed”!
May all be blessed to realize that God Spoke through Jesus when He quoted the Prophetic Words of Isaiah, as Luke 4:16-21 reminds us that He told everyone on earth to Be Catholic by repeating The Prophecy from Isaiah that He had Fulfilled! “The Spirit of The Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to bring glad tidings to the poor.”
Zechariah 12:10 makes the “Hidden Prophecies” of Jesus obvious to all who ask God to bless them enough to “believe enough” to “Be Catholic”! “I will pour out on the House of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem (a “Hidden Prophecy” of The Catholic Church) a spirit of mercy and supplicaton so that when they look upon Him Whom they have pierced (and/or “thrust through”), they will mourn for Him as one mourns for an only child. . . . (Reminding us that Jesus was and is the “only” Son of God!), and they will grieve for Him as one grieves over a firstborn.”
Are there better “Hidden Prophecies” to respect enough to “Be Catholic!”?
