A Universal Truth About People: Every person on earth wants to predict their future!
God had His Prophets predict His Promised Messiah. Predictions in Isaiah 52:13-53:12 came true: “See, My servant shall prosper, He shall be raised high and greatly exalted.” In 2,000 years, a few dozen early Catholics have become over 2 billion Christians who are “greatly exalting” Jesus!
We honor He Who was so badly scourged that Psalm 22:17 predicted His “bones could be counted” before He was “raised high” by being Crucified. “Even as many were amazed at Him–so marred was His look beyond human semblance and His appearance beyond that of the sons of man–so shall He startle many nations, because of Him, kings shall stand speechless“.
For 2,000 years, “kings” have stood “speechless” when told of Jesus and His Fulfillment of The Messianic Prophecies: “… for those who have not been told shall see, those who have not heard shall ponder it.” As predicted for 2,000 years, the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus have been “pondered” by billions of people!
It’s a blessing to see how wonderfully today’s computers and cell phones can help us “ponder” new ways they give us to more clearly see The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit!
1. We now understand that History began over 13 trillion light-years ago in Genesis 1:3, when The Loving Programmer said: “Let there be light; and there was light.”
2. At that moment, The Creation Program began to be Downloaded. Our age of computers and cell phones helps us see that The Holy Spirit, The Second Person of The Holy Trinity, may be seen as “The Holy Downloader”. His Holy Download would spread across trillions of light-years and at least a hundred billion galaxies like our own Milky Way. Why was The Creation Program so huge and complicated? No one on earth must be able to see an end to God’s Creative Power and be forced to believe in Him. That is how The Holy Trinity gave “Free Will” to every person on earth!
3. Jesus is made clear in John 1:1. “In the beginning was The Word and The Word was with God; and The Word was God.” The Second Person of The Holy Trinity, God’s Word, personified the complexity of “The Creation Program”. Those who respect the Prophets may see that “The Word of God” is “The Creation Program” in Human Form. He came to earth to fulfill the Prophets’ Predictions by being born in the tiny “village of Bethlehem” (Micah 5:2), from “a Virgin of the House of David” (Isaiah 7:14) to begin what St. Augustine would call “the sixth and final age” that includes the past 2,000 years and “The Creation Program’s Remaining Time to Run”.
“The Word of God in Human Form” let Himself be “lifted up” to die for us on the cross on the First Good Friday, 2,000 years ago. May all be blessed to see that The Prophets have come together to show what His Catholic priests, religious, and Catholics blessed to be guided by them have learned for 2,000 years:
Jesus proved that “God is Love” by sacrificing His Life so that every person on earth could choose to have the eternal joy of having our souls forever with Him, in Heaven, among those who obeyed His Two Commandments: “Love God and love your neighbors as yourselves.”
May all be blessed to be guided as well as we can by The Church-Creating Word that The Program in Human Form spoke into Being the moment He told His First Catholic Pope: “And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”
