Last night, Public Television featured Bill Moyers admiring George Soros for an hour or so. Mr. Soros laid out the agenda for the world, in which Global Warming featured prominently. He’s obviously a very intelligent man, but neither he nor Mr. Moyers seemed to have actually examined Global Warming to see if it was a real problem.
They do agree, however, that it is the most serious problem of our times, and needs every government in the world to join in solving. One got the impression that neither would welcome any argument about the existence of Global Warming or about the “fact” that it is caused by human activities.
Mr. Moyer’s sincerity was, as usual, literally dripping with every sentence. He is one of the most sincere people on Public Television, which is to say that he is one of the sincerest people in the world. One could reasonably conclude that he believed sincerity to be far more important than truth.
In their zeal to build up the Trotskyite Energy Empire, their feet of clay is the fact that earth’s temperatures have been dropping for nearly a decade. Worse for them, it will be halfway through the next solar cycle until things start warming up, again.
No matter. The Trotskyites are in search of their own empire. Damn the facts! Full speed ahead!
