Mary’s warning is coming near.

One of the Great Mysteries of our time is The Blessed Mother’s appearance before 70,000 people at Fatima. Mary left clear warnings in her messages at Fatima. See if you notice the one word in this passage from The Blessed Mother that is both odd and prophetic. (Please! Don’t skip ahead! First, read and see if you notice it!)

“Other Bishops, Priests, men and women Religious going up a steep mountain, at the top of which there was a big Cross of rough-hewn trunks as of a cork-tree with the bark; before reaching there the Holy Father passed through a big city half in ruins and half trembling with halting step, afflicted with pain and sorrow, he prayed for the souls of the corpses he met on his way; having reached the top of the mountain, on his knees at the foot of the big Cross he was killed by a group of soldiers who fired bullets and arrows at him, and in the same way there died one after another the other Bishops, Priests, men and women Religious, and various lay people of different ranks and positions. Beneath the two arms of the Cross there were two Angels each with a crystal aspersorium in his hand, in which they gathered up the blood of the Martyrs and with it sprinkled the souls that were making their way to God.”

What is the odd word? One word shows us that Mary’s warning is coming near. Doesn’t it strike you as strange that the soldiers killed The Holy Father by firing both bullets and “arrows”? Why, in this day and age, would soldiers armed with modern weapons be firing “arrows”?

That’s the question that has puzzled many. Here’s an answer from Catholic Fundamentalism: When God’s Mother left her warning, back when World War One was ending, our languages did not have a word for “drone”.

The coming waves of combat drones will zip like arrows through the air. We know that since some of the soldiers will be firing “bullets” that there has not been time for the drones to totally replace more conventional armaments.

So, it unreasonable not to conclude: Mary’s warning is coming near.
