Pride takes denominational form in Protestantism

Jesus Founded One Church. There are 43,000 Christian denominations. Where did they come from? Each one was invented by a proud, ambitious man. Pride takes denominational form in Protestantism.

That short sentence helps us reach an “Aha!” moment. We see why Christianity is so splintered! Tens of thousands of ambitious men have invented Marketing Plans that have taken denominational form. The Marketing Plan Denominations don’t focus on serving God. The Marketing Plan Denominations focus on building a customer base.

Every Denominational Marketing Plan inventor knows this great truth: He Who Fulfilled The Prophecies said to one man, one time: “Verily, verily I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”

Therefore, deep in the heart of every inventor of 43,000 denominations lives this driving vanity: “I am better than Jesus!”

That is easy to understand.

We also know: Most members of their customer base also know that He Who Fulfilled The Prophecies said to one man, one time: “Verily, verily I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”

Therefore, another conclusion in unavoidable: many who prefer some Marketing Plan Denomination to The Only Church Jesus Founded are also saying “I am better than Jesus!”

Things are just that simple. Whether the Marketing Plan theologians justify taking over the one third of England once used by The Catholic Church for social services, or if they are designed to attract the prosperous in a wealthy suburb, “I am better than Jesus!” prevails.

We see why a fragmented Christendom cannot end abortion. It is splintered into 43,000 competing groups. Babylon is glad that: Pride takes denominational form in Protestantism.

Pray that more may understand.
