The Great Catholic Bishop, St. Paul, founded Catholic Churches that sent Catholic Representatives to Catholic Councils called by Catholic Successors to Peter for over a thousand years.

In Hebrews 10:32-39, St. Paul tells us what must happen to those who choose to leave The Church.  Lapsed Catholics “draw back and perish.”

“At times you were publicly exposed to abuse and affliction; at other times you associated yourselves with those so treated. You even joined in the sufferings of those in prison and joyfully accepted the confiscation of your property, knowing that you had a better and lasting possession.”

Then, St. Paul warns Catholics of every age:  “Therefore, do not throw away your confidence; it will have great recompense.”

What is the fate of the lapsed Catholic?  “. . . if he draws back I take no pleasure in him.  We are not among those who draw back and perish, but among those who have faith and will possess life.

Some Catholics do not endure.  Instead, lapsed Catholics “draw back and perish.”

It is best to be “among those who have faith and will possess life.”  Sadly, lapsed Catholics“draw back and perish”.  They may not obey The Great Winnowing Command that Jesus repeated fourteen times:  “If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you do not have life in you.”

Pride’s need for praise leads many to “draw back and perish” by getting them to leave The Only Church Jesus Founded by Decree:

“Verily, verily I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”

Sadly, lapsed Catholics would rather “draw back and perish.” than have access to the only “keys to The Kingdom of Heaven”.
