Catholics remember

Catholics remember that The People of God have often suffered. Beginning about 588 BC, The Babylonian Captivity kept Jewish people in Babylon for about 70 years.

Almost 2,000 years later, Catholic Leadership was held captive at Avignon, in France. The Avignon Captivity lasted between 1309 and 1377, another period of about 70 years. A couple of hundred years after that, countless Catholics were forced to abandon their faith by The Profiteers of Protestantism.

By 1950, evil infiltrators tried to capture The Catholic Church from within. About 70 years have passed since the recent Captivity began.

Many Catholic institutions were infiltrated. Some were destroyed. Organized perversions of Catholic Teaching became widespread. Many Dioceses were infected and diseased. Those who undermined Catholic Teaching corrupted many universities, schools, orders, and institutions.

About 70 years have passed. More Catholics see that sinful men have captured positions of authority. They have encouraged sinful behavior.

Catholics remember that, 2,500 years ago, God raised Jewish leaders to leave Babylon and return to Jerusalem. They rebuilt The Temple. They restored The Faith.

Catholics remember that, 600 years ago, God inspired Faithful Catholics. They ended that Babylonian Captivity of The Church in Avignon.

Today, Faithful Catholics are becoming aware of the sins of some leaders. Their motivating perversion has been identified. Their influence is evaporating. They are being marginalized.

Catholics remember the Power of Prayer. We humbly ask God to purify His Church. We ask Him to drive away those whose demons have led them to be modern Judases. We ask God to defend The Only Church He Founded from Babylon’s evil.

Catholics remember The Power of The Blessed Mother! We ask Mary to intercede for The Only Church Her Son died to bring into being!

Catholics remember to ask St. Michael The Archangel for his help!

“St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray, and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly hosts, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan, and all the evil spirits, who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.”
