Catholics know: Respecting Jesus leads to obeying Jesus.

In every area of life, disrespect leads to disobedience. Catholics know that! Catholics know: Respecting Jesus leads to obeying Jesus. St. Bede taught that we live in The Sixth “day” out of Seven.

St Bede taught that the First Day began when God Spoke Creation into being. God’s First Word was “Let there be light.”

Then, He Spoke all Creation Into Being. The First Day ended with The Flood. The Second Day went from The Flood to Abraham. The Third Day was the period between Abraham and David.

The Fourth Day went from that to The Babylonian Captivity. The Fifth Day was the period between the return to Jerusalem and the Coming of The Prophesied Messiah.

We live in the Sixth Day.

+

Every Day separated people into two groups. Adam and Eve were thrown out of Eden for their willful disobedience. The disobedient angels were thrown out of Heaven for the same reason. The willfully disobedient are always separated from those who obeyed God.

+

In our “Day”, some are blessed to understand that Jesus did Fulfill The Prophecies. He was born at the Prophesied Time and Place. Jesus was born of The Prophesied House and Family. Jesus did fulfill over 300 Prophecies that described His Birth, life, death, and Resurrection.

We live in The Sixth Day. Each of us is either among those who obey Jesus or among those who disobey Him.

Catholics obey Jesus.

We know that God “spoke” Creation into Being. We know that Jesus is “The Word of God” in human form.

Catholics respect The Power of God. We know that Jesus did “Speak” One Church and One Teaching Into Being with His Holy Word.

“And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”

Catholics know: Respecting Jesus leads to obeying Jesus.

We know the history of the preceding five days. We know we are going to Judgment. We know that every person has two choices.

We either stand before The Great White Throne of Judgment among “You are My friends if you obey My commands.”

Or, we are among His willfully disobedient enemies.

What more do we need to know?
