Anyone can build a good house. “can” is the important word!

Every thought lets us make one of two decisions! Right now, every reader is deciding: “I will read more about this.” OR, “I will not read more about this!”

~

God made the world to give Free Will to every person. So, we make choices. Every choice begins with a thought. Every important thought is followed by one of two decisions.

1. In this matter, I choose to obey The Teaching of Jesus Christ.

OR,

2. I choose to not obey The Teaching of Jesus Christ about this issue.

~

That’s it! That’s all there is to life! Our life is a house we build! Our life is made of decisions stacked on top of decisions! Catholics know! Every choice we make is a “brick”.

We live in the house we build from the “bricks” we have chosen. Anyone can build a good house. “can” is the important word!

Some decisions are “good bricks”. Some are properly put in place. Some “good bricks” are not put properly in place. Many bricks are flawed. Many brick-layers don’t care. “It’s good enough for me!”

Bricks are laid on a foundation. Catholics build our house on the best foundation.

The best foundation is made of Words Spoken by He Who Fulfilled The Prophecies. He left One Foundation on earth! “And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”

We are all faced with That Teaching of Jesus Christ.

We will all choose to obey or to disobey That Word of His!

~

Our life on earth will end. We will go to Judgment. The Building Inspector will examine the house we have built from our “bricks”. Catholics know! “I want to pass Inspection!”

Only “the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven” will let us pass from our house into His House. Catholics have the only “keys” He left on earth!

Anyone can build a good house. “can” is the important word!

Postscript: Today’s Reading includes this!

1 COR 3:9C-11, 16-17
“Brothers and sisters: You are God’s building. According to the grace of God given to me, like a wise master builder I laid a foundation, and another is building upon it. But each one must be careful how he builds upon it, for no one can lay a foundation other than the one that is there, namely, Jesus Christ.
Do you not know that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for the temple of God, which you are, is holy.”
