Why do Catholics love those who “insult us” for our Faith?

Catholics know that Jesus Christ gave the only “keys to The Kingdom of Heaven” to one man and One Church.

Question 1: “Why are Catholics grateful to those who ‘insult’ us for being Catholic?”

Answer: “Catholics read This Word of St. Peter in The Bible! 1 Pt 4:14 tells us: ‘If you are insulted for the name of Christ, blessed are you, for the Spirit of God (The Holy Spirit!) rests upon you.’

~

Question 2: “Why are words from St. Peter so important?”

Answer: “Over a hundred million people lived in and around The Roman Empire. Jesus selected one of them, St. Peter. He said This Amazing Word only to him!

‘And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’

~

Question 3: “Why should Catholics be grateful to be ‘insulted’ for obeying That Word of Jesus to St. Peter in The Bible?”

Answer: “Their insults prove that ‘The Spirit of God (The Holy Spirit!) rests upon’ us.'”

~

Question 4: “Is it ‘sane’ to love people who ‘insult’ us for our Faith?”

Answer: “It is ‘insane’ to not ‘love’ them! It proves we are also obeying This Word of Jesus: ‘Love God and love your neighbor as yourself.’

~

Question 5: “Should Catholics even love ‘neighbors’ who ‘persecute’ us?”

Answer: “We should be more grateful to them! They help Catholic Saints be close to God in Heaven, among: ‘You are My friends if you obey My commands.’ There, they intercede with God for us!”

~

Question 6: “Does ‘The Spirit of God’ rest more fully upon Catholics who love the neighbors who persecute them for obeying Jesus?”

Answer: “Yes! Every kind of ‘insult’ proves that The Holy Spirit ‘rests on’ us!”

~

Question 7: “Loving our enemies helps our soul. Does it help the souls of those who ‘insult’ us?

Answer: “For 2,000 years, there has been no better way to turn ‘hate’ into ‘love’.”
