Only Catholics know! Mary obeyed God AND God obeyed Mary.

.                              Few Protestants understand two facts:  1.  Mary obeyed God.  2.  God obeyed Mary!

~

Question 1:  “How did Mary obey God?”

Answer:  “She said ‘I will be the handmaid of The Lord.’  Her obedience to God let Him take Human Form in Her Holy Womb using Her Holy DNA.”

~

Question 2:  “When did God obey Mary?”

Answer:  “John 2: 1-12 is clear!  At The Wedding Feast of Cana, families were in trouble.  They had run out of money and could not pay for the wedding dinner.”

~

Question 2:  “That would have been a terrible embarrassment!  What happened?”

Answer:  “Mary was aware of the problem.”

~

Question 3:  “What did Mary do?”

Answer:  ”‘The Mother of Jesus said to Him, ‘They have no wine.’  The happy celebration was about to come to a sad, family-destroying end.”

~

Question 4:  “What did Jesus do?”

Answer:  “He replied in a bantering tone:  ‘Woman, why turn to Me?  My Hour has not yet come.’

~

Question 5:  “What did Mary say?”

Answer:  “She said (to Herself) ‘O, Yes it has!’  She knew that Jesus would honor Her request.  Then, Mary gave Her next Direct Order of the day:  She ‘said to the servants, ‘Do whatever He tells you.’

~

Question 6:  “Mary knew Jesus would do something!   What did He do?

Answer:  “He told them to fill six stone water jars, each holding about 25 gallons, with water.”

~

Question 7:  “Did the servants obey The Direct Order that Mary made Jesus give them?”

Answer:  “Yes.  Then, Jesus gave ‘the servants’ another Direct Order.  ‘Take some to the steward.’

~

Question 8:  “What did the steward say when he tasted the wine?”

Answer:  “He was a wine connoisseur.  After one sip, he said in amazement:  ‘People generally serve the best wine first, and keep the cheaper sort until the guests have had plenty to drink;  but you have kept the best wine until now.’

~

Question 9:   Did that get the family out of financial trouble?”

Answer:  “The remaining ‘stone jars’ of ‘the best wine’ may have been worth two hundred dollars for each of the remaining five hundred bottles!

~

Question 10:  “What allowed That Miracle to happen?”

Answer:  “Catholics know Mary’s Place in Creation!   The Living Son of The Living God, Jesus Christ, HIMSELF,  obeyed Her Direct Order: ‘Do something!’

~

Question 11:  “Does Jesus Christ still honor His Blessed Mother’s requests?”

Answer:  “Only Catholics can Think Clearly about Hebrews 13:8.  ‘Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.’  Since He did as His Mother asked ‘yesterday’, He will do so ‘today’ and ‘forever’!”
