How much do some people dislike Jesus and the neighbors they cannot cure?

~

Question 1: “What is the ‘hidden hatred’ for Jesus?”

Answer: “Jesus is Living Truth, ‘The Word of God’. Some hated Jesus enough to kill Him.”

~

Question 2: “Is that in The Bible?”

Answer: “An example is in Mk 3:1-6. It tells us how those profiting from popular ideas hate He Who Is Truth!

‘Jesus entered the synagogue. There was a man there who had a withered hand. They (those avoiding the change from Old to New Testament) watched Jesus closely to see if he would cure him on the Sabbath.‘”

~

Question 3: “Why did they ‘watch’ Jesus ‘closely’?”

Answer: “‘so that they might accuse Him.’

~

Question 4: “What did Jesus do?”

Answer: “‘He said to the man with the withered hand, ‘Come up here before us.’ Then he said to the Pharisees, ‘Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath rather than to do evil, to save life rather than to destroy it?’

~

Question 5: “That’s an important question! What did the Pharisees say?”

Answer: “The Bible tells us that Pharisees were afraid to publicly say what they thought! ‘But, they remained silent.’

~

Question 6: “How did Jesus react to their silence?”

Answer: “His reaction is frightening to all who fear His Judgment! ‘Looking around at them with anger and grieved at their hardness of heart, Jesus said to the man, ‘Stretch out your hand.’

The man obeyed Jesus! ‘He stretched it out and his hand was restored.’

~

Question 7: “How did the Pharisees react?”

Answer: “The same way worldly people have reacted to God since they disobeyed Moses! ‘The Pharisees went out and immediately took counsel with the Herodians against Him to put Him to death.’

~

Question 8: “Do many people who worship their opinions and reject This Word of God want to destroy Jesus and His Church? ‘And I say unto you, thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’?”

Answer: “Every Catholic can see that choice has been human life on earth for the past 2,000 years.”
