“In The Beginning”, God Spoke Creation Into Being.  His Holy Words became all that there is!

The First Word He Spoke?

“Let there be light.”

Creation moved through Time.  God sent Prophets.  They told us of The Coming Messiah.

The Son of God Fulfilled The Prophecies.  He also Spoke Words of Creation.

Jesus Spoke The Catholic Church Into Being.  He said 36 Words to one person in all of History.

“And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”

~

Two preceding posts considered the first 26 Words.  His Final Ten Words tell us what we cannot have if we willfully disobey 10 Key Words of Jesus.

“I give . .” tells us that The Second Person of The Holy Trinity has something  to give us.

“you  . .” tells us that He is giving something to Peter.

“the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven” tell us what He is giving to Peter.

~

Jesus is speaking directly to Peter.  Jesus is also Speaking to Every Person who would be blessed to know His Words.  Jesus came to earth for one reason!  He made “the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven” available to all of His obedient followers.

How do we know that Catholic Teaching is right?  Jesus promised!  Jesus told us that All Catholic Teaching is Truth with His Promise!
