A “One-minute Reason to be Catholic.” #26.

Jesus brings many of us into ‘the household of God’!

~

Question 1:  “Why is Eph. 2:19-22 such a simple reason to Be Catholic?”

Answer:  “It only takes one sentence to see!  ‘Brothers and sisters:  You are no longer strangers and sojourners, but you are fellow citizens with the holy ones and members of the household of God,  built upon the foundation of the Apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus Himself as the capstone.’

~

Question 2:  “Where does that say to ‘Be Catholic!’

Answer:  “‘The household of God’ was Spoken Into Being by Jesus Christ’s Church-Creating Word to The First Pope in Mt. 16:18-20!  ‘And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.  I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’

~

Question 3:  “How does being Catholic help us?”

Answer:  “St. Paul makes that clear in one sentence!  ‘Through Him the whole structure is held together and grows into a temple sacred in the Lord;  in Him you also are being built together into a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.’

~

Question 4:  “How can God actually ‘dwell in us’ if we are Catholic?”

Answer:  “Only Catholics may obey The Call to Catholic Communion that Jesus called us to 12 times in John 6 and twice more at The Last Supper:  ‘If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you do not have life in you.’

~

Question 5:  “Why can only Catholics receive That Holy Food and be a ‘dwelling place of God’?”

Answer:  “Sadly, those who do not believe Jesus had The Power to give His Catholic priests The Power to Provide That Holy Food through The Miracle of Transubstantiation do not ‘believe’ in Jesus enough to let Him ‘dwell’ within them.”

~

Question 6:  “What can the Victims of Protestantism do to be saved?”

Answer:  “The Disciple Thomas was a temporary Victim of Protestantism.  In John 20:22. ‘Jesus said to him, “Have you come to believe because you have seen Me?  Blessed are those who have not seen and have believed.’

~

May all be blessed to be cured of Willful Protestantism and let Jesus bring us into “the household of God”, that Thomas was blessed to enter.

May all be blessed to see that those in the nearly 50,000 Protestant denominations are replacing the singular Word of Jesus, “household of God” by adding an “s” to make “households of God”.

Only Catholics are blessed to obey every letter of Every Word of God.
