The last post had what may be a “New Idea” about Palm Sunday. Another ‘New Idea’: There are 8 days in This Catholic Holy Week.

Question 1: “What are the remaining Seven Days of every Christian’s 8 Day Holy Week after Palm Sunday?”
Answer: “1. Catholics consider four things that happened on Holy Monday: Mary of Bethany anoints Jesus with perfume ‘worth a year’s wages’. Judas criticized Her for dealing directly with Jesus. Jesus defended what she had done. That made Judas angry with Jesus because He had publicly announced for the first time that some donations could be given directly to Him without going through his greedy hands. He knew his ‘Treasurer’ position was threatened.
2. On Holy Tuesday, we consider His final Prophecies, including the destruction of the barren fig tree if it would not respond to the gardener’s loving care; the coming ‘destruction’ of Jerusalem in which ‘not one stone will be left standing on another’ after the First Jewish War with Rome ended a mere 35 years later, in 70 AD; that one of the 12 Disciples will betray Him; and that The First Pope of His One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church would publicly confirm the accuracy of His bizarre and nearly Final Prophecy that Peter would deny Him three times ‘before the rooster crows’. Catholics wonder if Peter denied Jesus knowing that his disobedience was obedient to that Prophecy and ‘wept’ because He knew He would never again get such a direct, personal, and helpful Truth from Jesus.
3. Holy Wednesday considers how and why Judas betrays Jesus to The Sanhedrin. We see that all earthly governments, including Herod, Rome, The Jerusalem Establishment, worshipers of Jupiter, Saturn, and the myriad of other gods were united for the first time in agreeing: ‘Jesus must be killed.’
4. Holy Thursday commemorates The Last Supper, when Jesus brings God’s Power to earth and blesses His First Disciples and those Ordained in Living Link with them to have The Power to transform bread and wine into The Body and Blood of Jesus.
5. Good Friday helps us focus on The Passion and Death of He Who Fulfilled The Prophets, Our Lord, Jesus Christ Who lived and died in Perfect Obedience to The Father.
6. On Holy Saturday, Jesus descended into Hell and took many souls from there to Heaven.
7. Easter Sunday commemorates His rising from the dead. During the following 40 Days that He remained on earth, He Spoke
The Building Blocks into Being that formed The Foundation of The Church in which God’s Power would allow His Catholic priests to forgive sins, provide The Body and Blood of Jesus Christ in Catholic Communion, and pass all Seven Catholic Sacraments to His Chosen People for the remaining time to come in The Church Spoken Into Being by This Word of Jesus to His First Catholic Pope: ‘And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’”

Question 2: “Why do only 2 billion people, out of nearly 9 billion people on earth, believe that Jesus is The Second Person of The Holy Trinity Who took Human Form and died from His love for all who would meaningfully believe in Him?”
Answer: “Worldly institutions are funded by anti-Catholics. Their goal is to keep people from believing in a God so Powerful that He could Speak Creation into Being 13 trillion light years ago by saying ‘Let there be light.’ and follow that with a Creation Program so complex that it would give every person on earth Free Will to believe He Who would, by the Greatest of Miracles, fulfill over 300 Prophecies written many hundreds of years before He was born of a Virgin from the House of David in the tiny village of Bethlehem.

Today’s Simple Rhyme: “Creation comes together and it all makes sense / As soon as we get past the fence / that keeps lost souls from finding God.”
