Catholics have a better view of Heaven!
First, Catholics see that “The New Jerusalem” is immense! St. John watched as an angel with a “golden rod” measured The City of God!
“He measured the city with his rod and it was 12,000 furlongs in length and in breadth and equal in height.”
How big is that? One furlong is 660 feet. 660 feet times 12,000 furlongs shows that The Heavenly City is a cube that is 7,920,000 feet on all sides. Divide that by 5,280 to see the distance in miles. The Heavenly City is a perfect cube 1,500 miles (1,414 kilometers) long, wide, and high! That is the actual size of God’s Heavenly City!
The top, bottom, and four sides of of The Heavenly City measure 1,500 x 1,500 miles, or 2,250.000 square mile. That’s 5,827,473.248 square kilometers.
The State of Texas has about 268,597 square miles. The ground floor of The Heavenly City is almost as big as nine states of Texas! The New Jerusalem is almost the same size as The Roman Empire! It is a cube nearly as big as the moon!

Second, Catholics realize how tiny our soul is! The souls in Heaven have entered through one of 12 “gates”. Each “gate” is a perfect pearl. Our soul goes through its “gate” as easily as a “camel goes through the eye of a needle”!
Catholics think about this: each soul in Heaven is smaller than a tiny pearl in a huge structure!

Third, Catholics have a better view of Heaven! We realize how many levels there may be in Heaven! Each of our souls is “pearl-sized”, less than half an inch across!
A building 1,500 miles high, would have many, many stories! If each of the levels within The Heavenly City were twice as tall as we are, there would be 7,920,000 feet multiplied by 12 inches. How many levels would that be?
The New Jerusalem could be a building that is 95,040,000 stories tall!

Fourth, Catholics see that we must pray to help our beloved Protestant neighbors understand God’s Power! Those who do understand will try harder to be among the only people allowed into Heaven! “You are My friends if you obey My commands.”
Then, they will strive to obey The Teachings of The Only Church Jesus Spoke Into Being with His Holy Word:
“And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”

Catholics clearly see our Sacred Duty to ourselves and to our neighbors!
