Catholics pray: “May these Words of Jesus lead us to serve Him better!”

Question 1: “What Word of Jesus should scare everyone?”

Answer: “Luke 19: 11-28 tells us what He did to a lazy, fearful ‘wicked servant’. He will Judge our soul the same way! He tells of a King who gave His servants an opportunity to serve him. One did nothing with his ‘gold coin’!

~

Question 2: “How did Jesus say The King punished the lazy, fearful, ‘wicked servant’?

Answer: “‘Take the gold coin from him and give it to the servant who has ten.’

~

Question 3: “Did the other ‘servants’ think The King was being ‘fair’?”

Answer: “‘But they said to him, ‘Sir, he (your diligent servant) already has ten gold coins.’

~

Question 4: “Did The King care about what they thought was ‘fair’?”

Answer: “He did not! ‘He replied, ‘I tell you, to everyone who has, more will be given, but from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away.’

~

Question 5: “That should scare everyone who is too lazy or fearful to work! Is that the “scariest” thing Jesus said?”

Anwser: “No! What He said next is ‘frightening’ to everyone who avoids recognizing Jesus as their ‘King’ and taking His Words as commands!”

‘Now as for those enemies of mine who did not want me as their king, bring them here and slay them before me.’

~

Question 6: “That is a frightening prediction! Jesus clearly tells us what He will do to those who worked to keep Him from being crowned by His Father in Heaven! What did Jesus do after that?”

Answer: “‘After He had said this, He proceeded on His journey up to Jerusalem.’

~

Question 7: “How is that frightening?”

Answer: “It is the most ‘frightening’ Word of All! It means that He was on His Way to ascend into Heaven and be ‘crowned King of Creation!’. This ‘frightening Reading’ tells us what He will do to every willfully disobedient enemy of His after He is Crowned!”

~

Question 8: “What ‘command’ from The King of Creation should all Christians should pray to obey?”

Answer: “All who are blessed to believe in Jesus should gratefully obey The King’s Decree! ‘And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’
