Catholics see how ancient Caesar’s ancestors are. #61

Catholics leave at least 6,000 years of false gods, goddesses, and leaders to follow Jesus.

Question 1:  “Does Today’s Catholic Reading from Nahum 2:1, 3; 3:1-3, 6-7 connect to Julius Caesar, a symbol for government?”

Answer:  “The Prophet Nahum tells about the destruction of ancient Nineveh, one of the largest cities in the world.  Ishtar was a goddess of Nineveh, a city since 6,000 BC.  Catholics see the link from Venus; from whom Caesar claimed to be descended, to Aphrodite, her Greek Name; to Ishtar, goddess of the Babylonian Emperor Nebuchadnezzar, worshiped in Nineveh from 2,000 BC.”

Question 2: “What happened to Nineveh when its people worshiped Ishtar/Aphrodite/Venus?”

Answer: “Nahum 3:3-7 includes:  ‘Cavalry charging, the flame of the sword, the flash of the spear, the many slain, the heaping corpses, the endless bodies to stumble upon! I will cast filth upon you, disgrace you and put you to shame; Till everyone who sees you runs from you, saying, ‘Nineveh is destroyed; who can pity her?’

Question 3: “Is The Destruction of Nineveh a lesson from God?”

Answer: “Today’s Psalm is from Deuteronomy 32:35-36, 39, 41 and includes ‘I alone am God. . . it is I who bring both death and life’ . . . with vengeance I will repay My foes.’

Question 3: “Does Today’s Reading identify the people God will bless?”

Answer: “Mt. 5:10 is clear! ‘Blessed are they who are persecuted for the sake of righteousness; for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.’

Question 4: “What does Jesus say we must to get our souls into Heaven?”

Answer: “‘Jesus said to His Disciples, ‘Whoever wishes to come after me must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.’

Then, Jesus asks Two Hard Questions! ‘What profit would there be for one to gain the whole world and forfeit his life? Or, what can one give in exchange for his life?’

Then, Jesus answers those Hard Questions: ‘For the Son of Man will come with His angels in His Father’s Glory, and then He will repay each according to his conduct. Amen, I say to you, there are some standing here who will not taste death until they see The Son of Man coming in His Kingdom.’

Question 5: “How may we be among ‘His disciples’?

Answer: “Catholics begin by obeying The Church-Creating Word of Jesus to His First Catholic Pope:
‘And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’

Every Catholic is blessed to end at least 6,000 years of following false gods.
