Question 1: “Does Today’s Catholic Reading from Nahum 2:1, 3; 3:1-3, 6-7 connect to Julius Caesar, a symbol for government?”
Answer: “The Prophet Nahum tells about the destruction of ancient Nineveh, one of the largest cities in the world. Ishtar was a goddess of Nineveh, a city since 6,000 BC. Catholics see the link from Venus; from whom Caesar claimed to be descended, to Aphrodite, her Greek Name; to Ishtar, goddess of the Babylonian Emperor Nebuchadnezzar, worshiped in Nineveh from 2,000 BC.”

Then, Jesus asks Two Hard Questions! ‘What profit would there be for one to gain the whole world and forfeit his life? Or, what can one give in exchange for his life?’
Then, Jesus answers those Hard Questions: ‘For the Son of Man will come with His angels in His Father’s Glory, and then He will repay each according to his conduct. Amen, I say to you, there are some standing here who will not taste death until they see The Son of Man coming in His Kingdom.’”
