The Church has Scripture readings for each day of the year. Googling “daily readings” brings them to our screen. We may have reasons not to attend Mass every day, but there is no excuse for not reading the Daily Readings.

Catholic Fundamentalists read the Daily Readings. We do so to get closer to God and to be sure that we have not gone astray with our wonderful, new approach to The Church.

Today’s Daily Reading, Matthew 11: 25-27, speaks directly to us Catholic Fundamentalists:

“At that time Jesus exclaimed:
“I give praise to You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth,
for although You have hidden these things
from the wise and the learned
You have revealed them to the childlike. (No one has a more childlike faith than we Catholic Fundamentalists. We believe that The Loving Programmer can program in three dimensions, that He wrote and downloaded The Creation Program by compiling the energies and particles that He programmed into systems and beings, and did so to give us free will. He downloaded The Creation Program in the time period recorded by The First Programming Log. Only Catholic Fundamentalists are childlike enough to believe all that, along with The Sacraments. And, we enjoy knowing that Christ’s preceding phrase, “. . . You have hidden these things from the wise and the learned . . . ” is, as all of Scripture, utterly and completely true!)
Yes, Father, such has been your gracious will.
All things have been handed over to me by my Father.
No one knows the Son except the Father,
and no one knows the Father except the Son
and anyone to whom the Son wishes to reveal him.” (Catholic Fundamentalists are so childlike that we feel that The Son has revealed The Father to us in a new way by letting us know Him as The Loving Programmer. He programmed and downloaded The Creation Program with everything necessary in it to provide each human program the free will we need to let us freely choose to obey like the sheep, or join with the the disobedient goats, the “wise and learned” egomaniacs who worship their own, tiny programs instead of God, The Loving Programmer of All.)
