It’s True! Ten short verses from St. John tell us how to get “The Keys to The Kingdom of Heaven”!

Question 1: “What ten verses from St. John tell us all we need to know?”
Answer: “1 John: 11-21 begins with: ‘Beloved: This is the message you have heard from the beginning: we should love one another. We should not be like Cain. He belonged to the evil one and slaughtered his brother.'”

Question 2: “Why did Cain ‘slaughter’ his brother?”
Answer: “‘Because his own works were evil, and those of his brother were righteous. Do not be amazed, then, brothers and sisters, if the world hates you.’”

Question 3: “Why do worldly people hate all who strive to obey Teachings of God?”
Answer: “‘We know that we have passed from death to life because we love our brothers.
Whoever does not love (their brothers) remains in death.’”

Quiestion 4: “What do the people who ‘hate their brothers’ become?”
Answer: “‘Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life remaining in him.’”

Question 5: “How can we keep our souls from going to God’s Judgment as a ‘murderer’?”
Answer: “‘The way we came to know love was that He laid down His life for us; so we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers.’”

Answer: “This Catholic Teaching answers that question in one sentence! ‘Life must be protected from conception until natural death.’”

Question 7: “How can we make that a part of our lives so that our soul may go to Judgment and get into Heaven?”
Answer: “‘If someone who has worldly means sees a brother in need and refuses him compassion, how can the love of God remain in him? Children, let us love not in word or speech but in deed and truth.’ Catholics try to help all our ‘brothers’, including those yet to be born.“

Answer: “‘Now this is how we shall know that we belong to the truth and reassure our hearts before Him in whatever our hearts condemn, for God is greater than our hearts and knows everything.’”

Answer: “Christians are blessed as we let our Love of God and our brothers lead us into The Church Spoken Into Being by This Word of Jesus: ‘And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.’
Catholics know: ‘Beloved, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence in God.’”

Answer: “Jesus gave His Life to so that all who would be Catholics could get ‘the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’ that He died in agony to leave to One Church on earth!”
