Catholic Fundamentalism begins with two principles.

Encyclopedias and libraries are filled with knowledge that increases too rapidly to assimilate.  We swim in a sea of confusing, conflicting theories about everything there is.

Theories, from Scientology to agnosticism to Protestantism to Catholicism have been put forward to help us make sense of things.

Catholic Fundamentalism begins with two principles.  Principle # 1:   No two things are equal.  It is followed by Principle #2:  Of any two or more, one is better.

Catholic Fundamentalism is the best of all simplifying theories.  Consider how it boils down the decision to select Catholicism as an operating system.

1.  300 separate prophecies, carefully written down and preserved for a thousand years, specifically predict the coming of Jesus, the promised Messiah.  No other belief has such a profound written record of things that were said to happen in the future.

2.  Jesus came at the predicted time and of the prophesied family.  He performed enough miracles to have gained believers who continue preferring death to denying Him.

3.  He said the most bizarre thing any religious leader ever said:  “If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blo0d, you do not have life in you.”

4.  He said to one man, its first Pope:  “Thou art Peter, and on this rock, I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.”

5.  At that Church’s first ceremony, His Body and Blood to were provided to believers at The Last Supper through the miracle of Transubstantiation.  His Church continues to provide His actual Body and Blood with the power passed on to ordained priests in a living link with Jesus and the disciples whom He ordained with the power to ordain others.

So, we see the prophecies and He Whom they predicted.  He provided us many “least commandments” and told us, “If you obey My commands, you are My friends.”

Catholic Fundamentalism thinks we do that best by being Catholics, worthily receiving Communion, and thereby having what we need within us to have “life”.

All of us make choices.  We have free will.  The Creation Program was written and downloaded so that we could choose to believe and obey God.  Those who do have a chance at eternal joy in Heaven.  Those who do not have less pleasant infinities.
