In “Ordinary Time” after Epiphany, Blessed believers join Catholics in nightly prayers similar to: “Jesus Christ, my God, I adore you and I thank you for the many favors You have bestowed on me this day. I offer you my sleep and all the moments of this night, and I pray that You preserve me from sin.”
~
Question 1: “Why is that prayer important to Catholics?”
Answer: “Catholics are described in Hebrews (of all places!) 2:14-18 by St. Paul, who might have been The Smartest Jewish Person who ever lived! ‘Since the children share in Blood and Flesh, Jesus likewise shared in them, that through death He might destroy the one who has the power of death, that is, the Devil, and free those who through fear of death had been subject to slavery all their life.'”
~
Question 2: “Does that refer specifically to Catholics?”
Answer: “Catholics are so blessed that God lets us see from the beginning, 13 trillion light years ago, to The Prophecies predicting that The Son of God would be born in Bethlehem, to how He gave His Life to let us win the war against death and ‘slavery’ that the ‘Devil’ wages on every human soul.”

Question 3: “Who can get The Messiah’s Help to win that war?”
Answer: “‘Surely He did not help angels, but rather the descendants of Abraham; therefore He had to become like His brothers and sisters in every way that He might be a merciful and faithful high priest before God to expiate the sins of the people. Because He Himself was tested through what He suffered, He is able to help those who are being tested.’”

Question 4: “Can every person on earth be a ‘Child of Abraham’?”
Answer: “That’s what Catholicism makes us! Catholics are ‘Children of Abraham’ because we get to receive The Body and Blood of Christ by obeying The Call to Catholic Communion that Jesus ‘shared’ 12 times in the last half of John 6 and twice more at His Last Supper: ‘If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you do not have life in you.’”
~
Question 5: “How does receiving That Holy Food make us ‘Children of Abraham’?”
Answer: “Look at a DNA cell! Do you see the tiny, tiny parts? Changing a few electron charges in a few of those cells ‘upgrades the DNA’ of those who receive The Body and Blood of Jesus Christ by The Miracle of Transubstantiation and genetically turns them into ‘Children of Abraham’.”
~
Question 6: “Can God have The Power to do that?”
Answer: “Everyone blessed to see Truth in The Bible sees Truth in Today’s Psalm 105:1-9 in ‘Ordinary Time’! ‘The Lord remembers His Covenant forever.’ That lets us ‘give thanks to The Lord, invoke His Name, make known among the nations His deeds, sing His praise, Glory in His Holy Name, rejoice, seek to serve Him constantly, and remember forever His Covenant for a thousand generations!’”
~
Question 7: Did Jesus tell us to be Catholic?”
Answer: The Church-Creating Word of Jesus Christ to His First Catholic Pope is obeyed by The Children of Abraham whose DNA has been ‘upgraded’ enough to understand: ‘And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’”
~
Question 8: “Was The Power of Jesus witnessed by ‘whole towns’ of people?”
Answer: “Mark 1:29-39 tells us Disciples watched as Jesus ‘cured Peter’s Mother, (His Own Blessed Mother’s DNA was perfectly ‘Upgraded’ by Her Immaculate Conception.) and the whole town gathered at the door while they brought to Him all who were ill or possessed by demons and He cured many sick with various diseases. He drove out many demons, not permitting them to speak because they knew Him.’”

Today’s Simple Rhyme: “Catholics are blessed to understand / We are children of God and Abraham.”
