Getting out of the trailer park

Many Catholics used to be in the 45,000 Marketing Plan Denominations.  Each was invented by an ambitious Protestant man with a Marketing Plan.  We were not completely happy.    Then, many were blessed to see:  Protestantism’s inconsistency, a 45,000 unit trailer park, is hurtful.  Getting out of the trailer park is vital!

Our minds are miserable without truth and consistency.

The only truth we can know:  For thousands of years, holy men were inspired by God to record predictions of the future.  Their prophecies were expensively copied, and preserved.

Their prophecies were fulfilled.  The odds are trillions to one that Jesus, born in the predicted Tribe and House and village, was looked upon by those who pierced Him, and was lifted up before men with no bones broken was NOT the Prophesied Messiah, the Living Son of God.

He Who fulfilled the Prophecies suffered and died to provide His beloved with the means to get our immortal souls to eternal joy in Heaven.   To let each person in following generations save his or her soul, Jesus Founded One Church.

We know that because He said one time, to one man, “Verily, verily I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.  I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”

Reflecting on that truth brings us to consider Catholicism.  There, we find the way to obey His Bizarre Winnowing Command.  He separates sheep from goats by repeating, an astonishing EIGHTEEN TIMES, “If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you do not have life in you.”

At every Mass since The Last Supper, the humbly grateful have the doorway to Heaven unlocked for them.  Only by obeying may we “enter through the narrow gate”.   Consistency comes only from Catholicism.  We leave Pastor Bob’s cobbled-together trailer for the Cathedral and The Only Church Jesus Founded!
