In Exodus 3:1-12, God revealed Himself to Moses and told him of The Problem He wanted Moses to solve:
“The cry of the children of Israel has reached Me, and I have truly noted that the Egyptians are oppressing them. Come, now! I will send you to Pharaoh to lead My people, the children of Israel, out of Egypt.”
Believers know God does not want His “children to be oppressed” by “Pharaohs” because Psalm 103:1-7 tells us: “The Lord is kind and merciful” and we “bless His holy name and forget not all His benefits.” First among them, “He pardons all your iniquities”. Then, “He heals all your ills. He redeems your life from destruction, He crowns you with kindness and compassion. The LORD secures justice and the rights of all the oppressed. He has made His ways known to Moses and His deeds to the children of Israel.”
In Matthew 11:25-27, He Who Fulfilled the Prophecies tells us who knows God. “At that time, Jesus exclaimed: ‘I give praise to you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, for although You have hidden these things from the wise and the learned, You have revealed them to the childlike.”
All who are “childlike” respect The Prophecies enough to recognize He Who Fulfilled them. Jesus explains: “Yes, Father, such has been Your gracious will. All things have been handed over to Me by My Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son wishes to reveal Him.”
The Son “wishes to reveal” His Power to those who are “childlike” before God and His Church-Creating Word to His First Catholic Pope: “And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”
May all be blessed to be “childlike” enough to receive those “keys”. They include The Seven Catholic Sacraments.

Today’s Simple Rhyme: “The most ‘childlike’ people on earth / are called ‘Father’ by we in His Church.”
