God is clear: Disobedience is a sin He NEVER wants us to commit! #52.

May we all be blessed to see that Willful Disobedience to Any Word of God is a sin.

Question 1: “Did God tell us to be kind to our neighbors in The Old Testament?”

Answer: Exodus 22:20-26 tells us that! ‘Thus says the LORD: ‘You shall not molest or oppress an alien, for you were once aliens yourselves in the land of Egypt. You shall not wrong any widow or orphan.’

~

Question 2: “What did God say He would do to us if we hurt other people?”

Answer: “God is very clear! ‘If ever you wrong them and they cry out to me, I will surely hear their cry. My wrath will flare up, and I will kill you with the sword; then your own wives will be widows, and your children orphans.’

~

Question 3: “Does God warn us about one sin He does not want us to commit?”

Answer: “‘If you lend money to one of your poor neighbors among My people, you shall not act like an extortioner toward him by demanding interest from him.’ God hates that crime!”

~

Question 4: “Why does God call people who make a living by gettng ‘interest’ on their money ‘extortioners’?”

Answer: “God wants us to make a living by providing products or services that our neighbors need. Those who do that help everyone. Those who make a living by ‘extorting interest’ destroy people, families, nations, and their own souls!”

~

Question 5: “Does God tell us we must have ‘compassion’ for neighbors who are poor?”

Answer: “‘If you take your neighbor’s cloak as a pledge, you shall return it to him before sunset; for this cloak of his is the only covering he has for his body. What else has he to sleep in? If he cries out to Me, I will hear him; for I am compassionate.’

Question 6: “How do Catholics respond to This Word of Jesus in The New Testament, John 14:23? ‘Whoever loves me will keep My Word, says The Lord, and My Father will love him and We will come to him.’.

Answer: “Before and after we hear That Word of Jesus in Church today, Catholics say ‘Alleluia, alleluia!’

~

Question 7: “Does that ‘Alleluia’ lead Catholics to This Word of Jesus in Mt 22:34-40?

‘When the Pharisees heard that Jesus had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together, and one of them, a scholar of the law, tested Him by asking: ‘Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest?’

He said to him, ‘You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment.

The second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ The whole law and the prophets depend on these two commandments.’

~

Question 8: “Can we meaningfully ‘love The Lord’ if we reject The Only Church Spoken into Being by This Word of The Son?:

‘And I say thou art Peter and on this Rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’?”

Answser: “Each person must ask God to let us find and live by the correct answer.”

~

May we each be blessed to “love God” with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.”

It is wrong to think we can do that while we willfully avoid obeying Any Word of Jesus Christ.
