God’s IQ Test. #14. Today’s Reading is from John 15:1-8. It tells us the only way our soul can avoid the “burn pile”.
“Jesus said to his disciples: ‘I am the true vine, and my Father is the vine grower.'”
Question 1: Is that true? “Yes.”_____. “No.”______. “I do not want to think about that.” _____.

“He takes away every branch in me that does not bear fruit, and everyone that does remain in me He prunes so that it bears more fruit. You are already pruned because of The Word that I spoke to you.”
Question 2: “Will I be steadfastly remain among every branch in Him so I can ‘bear fruit’?”
“Yes.” _____. “No.” _____. “I don’t want to think about that.” _____.

“Remain in me, as I remain in you. Just as a branch cannot bear fruit on its own unless it remains on the vine, so neither can you unless you remain in me.”
Question 3. Is Jesus Christ telling me to “remain in” Him because that is the only way that He can “remain in” me?

Question 4. “Do I understand that I am only a ‘branch’ on the ‘vine’ and that Jesus is the “vine” who gives me life only if I keep connected to Him?”

“Whoever remains in me and I in him will bear much fruit, because without me you can do nothing.”
Question 5. “Is Jesus telling me that I can “do nothing” if I willfully reject The Only Church He Spoke Into Being with His Word: ‘And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.'”?
“Yes.” _____. “No. _____. “I do not want to think about that.” _____.

Question 6. “Is Jesus telling us what must happen to those who reject The Only Church He Spoke Into Being with His Word: “Anyone who does not remain in me will be thrown out like a branch and wither; people will gather them and throw them into a fire and they will be burned.”?

Question 7: “Do I understand that His One Word, “If” puts me in charge of where my soul will spend eternity?”
“If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask for whatever you want and it will be done for you. By this is my Father glorified, that you bear much fruit and become my disciples.”?
