High taxes Destroy Jobs

The latest campaign mantra is “Jobs.  We need more jobs.  In my administration, I will focus on providing jobs.”

The mantra is  repeated by every candidate in every appearance.  Three hundred million citizens are assumed to be reassured.  “That’s right!”, we are thought to say to ourselves.  “We need more jobs.”

When we see that the biggest increases in jobs are in our nation’s capitol, we may understand that the taxes used to provide more  government jobs cause reductions in non-government jobs.  Such considerations are not allowed.  Every person in the powerful World Wide Bureaucracy wants even more government jobs in even the most useless and duplicative bureaus and department.  Any indication that a candidate would reduce any government employment brings the big guns of the World Wide Bureaucracy to bear on that candidate, making his election impossible in every once-Christian nation.

So, rather than publicly state that “Our government is spending too much and taxes are too high.  I will cut both spending and taxes.”, we hear mindless repetition of “Jobs, jobs, jobs.” continues.

The people who endlessly repeat “Jobs are the issue.” know that jobs can’t help but be destroyed by regulation and taxation.  No candidate who publicly admits that can  be elected if they say that.  So, they dissemble, distracting voters by diverting attention to a phony issue.

Excessive Taxation

We all know, at some level,  that excessive taxing and spending has destroyed nations and empires.  But, no one can promise to reduce taxes and spending without galvanizing the World Wide Bureaucracy into total opposition.  Instead of looking at the the real issue, excessive taxing and spending, we hear every day from every candidate, that “We need more jobs!”  That’s an easier sell than “We need lower taxes and fewer government employees.”

A country cannot survive if all its leaders and prospective leaders do not tell the truth.  Since we, as a people, have shown a preference for lies, we are stuck with declines and collapses.  During those times, there are even fewer jobs.
