Most of us want to get to Heaven. Jesus decides who gets into Heaven. How much do we need to respect Jesus? This much:
To get into Heaven, we must be counted among “You are My friends if you obey My commands.”
We see that Jesus has divided all humanity into two groups. One group is comprised of His obedient “friends”.
The other group is comprised of His disobedient “enemies”. Obviously, His obedient “friends” get into Heaven. His disobedient enemies do not.

If we want to be among His obedient “friends”, we must not disobey Him. Jesus is worthy of our obedience.
Catholics are blessed. We respect Jesus so much that we obey His Only Church-Founding Decree:
“And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”
Many people do not think His Decree is worthy of their obedience.

Jesus is The Second Person of The Holy Trinity. When we disobey Jesus, we are disobeying God.
We know that God threw the disobedient angels out of Heaven. So, He does not let His disobedient enemies into Heaven.
Jesus left one set of “keys to The Kingdom of Heaven” earth. He left them to The Only Church He Founded. He could have returned and given similar “keys” to others. He did not. His silence to the inventors of 45,000 Protestant denominations tells us all we need to know about their credibility with God.

How much do we need to respect Jesus? This much: We must respect Jesus so much that we obey Him. Therefore, we must respect Jesus enough to obey His Only Church Founding Decree.
Jesus is worthy of our obedience. We pray that nothing on earth will lead us away from obeying Jesus and having access to the only “keys to The Kingdom of Heaven” that He left on earth.
