“I have no King but Jesus.”

When a Protestant says “I have no King but Jesus.”, congratulations are in order! Those who properly conclude “I have no King but Jesus.” have bravely reached a conclusion that is utterly antithetical to modern societies and governments.

Modern governments replaced Kings with the false God, “Vox Populi, vox Dei”. We see that if “The voice of the people is the voice of God.” then “The People” is God.

Anyone who realizes how easily “The People” is cunningly manipulated by powerful Baals and billionaires to believe and vote as the devil desires, knows that “The People” is not God.

“Vox Populi, vox Dei” replaces God with human vanity institutionalized in governmental form. Dethroning God and the Kings of Christendom so that “the voice of the people” may rule is the beginning of every self-serving fraud that afflicts us.

The occasional Protestant who says “I have no King but Jesus.” is the brave voice of an intelligence able to recognize that Heaven is a Kingdom. “Kingdom” is a word used over a hundred times in the New Testament. “Democracy” is so far from God and Heaven that the word never appears.

There is a higher truth beyond recognizing Jesus as King. Matthew 7:21 is very clear. “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter The Kingdom of Heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father Who is in Heaven.”

Anyone smart enough to understand “I have no King but Jesus.” is smart enough to know that he or she may only get into The Kingdom of Heaven only if they obey “the will of My Father, Who is in Heaven.”

Matthew 16:18-20 shows that The King only provided one way to enter His Kingdom: “Verily, verily I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I will give you The Keys of The Kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”

Now, we come to obeying The King, Who spoke on this in John 6:53. “If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you do not have life in you.” was an order so offensive that it drove away all who would not believe that Jesus to be a King worth obeying. The first to leave His Kingdom are mentioned in John 6:66, when those who would not believe “If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you do not have life in you.” went away from Him. From then until now, those who will not believe and obey that bizarre command still abandon Jesus and The Only Church He Founded.

That was King Jesus’ way to winnow out those who would not obey Him. To those who stayed obedient, He provided the Holy Food necessary to get into Heaven at The Last Supper. That holy occasion was The First Mass in The Only Church He Founded after saying to one man, “Verily, verily I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you The Keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”

There is another reason to obey that His bizarre instruction. It is better to be among “The King’s Friends” than just another subject in The Kingdom. Of those who obey, He says, “You are My friends if you obey My commands.” There is no better reason to be a Catholic priest, brother, or sister. They are His “best friends” because they obey more of His commands!

How do we obey something as bizarre as “If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you do not have life in you.? He tells usin Matthew 18:1-4. “At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Who is the greatest in The Kingdom of Heaven?”… And he said: “I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter The Kingdom of Heaven. Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in The Kingdom of Heaven.
“I have no King but Jesus.” must lead to a childlike belief in, and faithful obedience, to, King Jesus and The Only Church He Founded.
