Jesus told us who would be able to get into Heaven in Mt. 20: 1;16.
“The Kingdom of Heaven is as a landowner going out at daybreak to hire workers for His vineyard. He made an agreement with the workers for one denarius a day and sent them to His vineyard.”
He hired more workers at the 3rd, 6th, and 9th, hour.
An hour before the end of the workday, He hired more workers.
~
Less than an hour later, Jesus told His “bailiff”.
“Call the workers, and give them their pay. Start with the last, end with those who started working first.”
Those who’d only worked an hour of the workday got a full day’s pay!
When the first workers came, they thought they should get more. Naturally, they “grumbled”!
“We are being treated unfairly. We worked all day in the heat, and they didn’t. We should get more!”
Jesus replied to one complainer: “My friend, I am not being unjust to you.”
~
Wow! Catholics note the word “friend”! The “grumbler” was still blessed to be considered a “friend” of Jesus! He had obediently done the work he was told to do. “Take your earnings and go.”
Obviously, the obedient worker had “earnings” that would let him “go” into Heaven.
“Thus, the last will be first, and the first will be last.”

A good Catholic is happy when a Protestant gets into Heaven with a last-minute conversion! We must never “be envious because I am generous . . ”
~
Catholics are grateful! We have blessed to do the work of obeying This Word of Jesus! “And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”
Catholics are workers in His Vineyard. His “vineyard” is The Only Church Jesus put on earth with “the keys to The Kingdom Of Heaven”! Catholics are forever among:
“You are My friends if you obey My commands.”
Jesus gives a reason for Protestants to start obeying!
