.We decide to “Be Catholic!” when we realize that “observing” Every Word of Jesus Christ identifies those whom God loves.

Question 1: “Where does Jesus tell us to ‘Be Catholic’!?”

Answer: “Today’s Reading includes John 14:21-26. Jesus tells us clearly to ‘Be Catholic!’ ‘Jesus said to his Disciples: ‘Whoever has My commandments and observes them is the one who loves Me.’

Question 2: “Is this One of the ‘commandments’ of Jesus we should ‘observe’? ‘And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My Church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys of The Kingdom of Heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in Heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in Heaven.’

Answer: “Jesus is telling us we must ‘observe’ that ‘commandment’ to be among those who ‘love’ Him.”

Question 3: “Why should we be among those He identifies as having His ‘love’?”

Answer: “‘Whoever loves Me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and reveal myself to him.’

Question 4: “Will Jesus ‘reveal’ Himself to Willful Protestants?”

Answer: “Jesus was very clear about that! “‘Judas, not the Iscariot, said to Him, ‘Master, then what happened that You will reveal Yourself to us and not to the world?’ Jesus answered and said to him, ‘Whoever loves Me will keep My Word, and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our dwelling with him.’

Question 5: “Do Willful Protestants ‘love’ Jesus?”

Answer: “Jesus is very clear about that! ‘Whoever does not love Me does not keep My words; yet The Word you hear is not Mine but that of the Father who sent Me.’

Question 6: “Does The Holy Spirit also tell us to ‘Be Catholic!’?”

Answer: “‘I have told you this while I am with you. The Advocate, the Holy Spirit whom the Father will send in my name — He will teach you everything and remind you of all that I told you.’

The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit agree! ‘Be Catholic!’
