Joseph, Daniel, and Jesus cure the “Confusion Headache” of human History!” #37.

Catholics connect Joseph to Daniel to Jesus to us. What a joy to Be Catholic!

Joseph was so intelligent that the Pharaoh put him in charge of Egypt.  That intelligence appeared in Daniel, the smartest of the Jewish people taken to Babylon.  Both of them interpreted dreams that God gave to the Pharaoh, and later, to King Nebuchadnezzar.

Daniel 2:31-45 was Daniel’s Prophecy predicting the destruction of Babylon, Persian, Greek, Roman, and all empires that followed.  “In the lifetime of those kings the God of Heaven will set up a kingdom that shall never be destroyed or delivered up to another people;  rather, it shall break in pieces all these kingdoms and put an end to them, and it shall stand forever.”

God’s “Kingdom” began to take form on earth when His Prophesied Son was born to a Virgin of the House of David (Isaiah 7:14) in the obscure village of Bethlehem (Micah 5:2).

After Twelve Apostles, the first Catholic Bishops, had been chosen, Jesus Spoke One Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church into Being with His Church and Kingdom-Creating Word:  “And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.  I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.”

For 2,000 years, Catholics have been blessed to be in The Kingdom of God on earth.  His Church still rules “the children of God” amidst the wreckage of all the human kingdoms that have come and gone for the past 4,000 years.

Catholics connect the Prophecies of Joseph and Daniel with what Jesus predicted in Luke 21:5-11.  We nourish our bodies, minds, and souls with The Body and Blood of He Who is “the stone you saw hewn from the mountain without a hand being put to it, which broke into pieces the tile, iron, bronze, silver, and gold.”

Then, He Who Fulfilled over 300 Prophecies gave the world a Prophecy that came true when Titus flattened the Temple thirty years later, in 70AD!  Jesus in Luke 21:5-11.  “While some people were speaking about how the temple was adorned with costly stones and votive offerings, Jesus said, “All that you see here – the days will come when there will not be left a stone upon another stone that will not be thrown down.”

Catholics know!  That Prophecy predicts the fate of souls who spend their lives obsessed about “costly stones and votive offerings” that manifest what they love more than God and their neighbors:  their power to tax the poor.
