We know what Jesus promised.  12:51:

Jesus reinforced that promise!   He said He would separate His obedient sheep from disobedient goats.  He promised to divide wheat from weeds.  He tells us He will separate “good” fish from “trash” fish.

Jesus’ deadliest division:  He separates His friends from His enemies.  Catholics shudder in horror at the fate promised to all who willfully disobey His Teachings.:

“You are My friends if you obey My commands.”  is absolutely frightening!  He has, with that Decree, separated His obedient “friends” from His disobedient enemies.  Forever!

Catholics respect Jesus.  We see His Church-Founding Proclamation: “. . I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven. . .”  and are blessed to realize:

1.  Jesus Only Founded One Church.

2.  It would be led by Successors to Peter.

3.  The Only Church He Founded would provide perfect, unchanging Teaching.

4.  The Only Church He Founded was given the only “keys to The Kingdom of Heaven” on earth!

Catholics rejoice!  “We are in The Only Church Jesus Founded!  Our Church has been led by Successors to Peter for 2,000 years with no change in Doctrine!”

We can barely contain our joy as we daily grow in understanding:  “We have access to the only ‘keys to The Kingdom of Heaven’ that Christ left on earth!”

As we grow closer to God, our hearts are heavy with worry.  “Many of our dearest friends have been led to disrespect and to disobey The Only Church Jesus Founded!   They have been led to reject the only “keys to The Kingdom of Heaven”, the Catholic Sacraments, that Christ left on earth!”

We pray that God will help us reach those who have been led to think that any person can know more than Jesus!  We know that the willfully disobedient may not be forever among “You are My friends if you obey My commands.”!

We know what Jesus promised.
