When we see a run in a stocking, we can see that it began to unravel at one point. Then, the unraveling went on and on.
The run began at a flaw in the strand, the weaving process, some sort of external damage or a combination of the three. Stockings with runs are thrown away. It is too expensive to re-weave such tiny, tiny strands.
The neural connections in the brain are like a cubic foot of stocking. The “runs” go out from one of the Little dead places in the brain. They run in many, many directions. They would not be visible without some sort of a very powerful cranial cat scan.
If the magnifying power were large enough, and they scans were a few atoms thick, we would see where the neural fabric of the brain was first damaged. Progressive scans would let us see how the damage spread.
First, there would be damage to the thinking. As the damage got worse, the unraveling would be reflected in speech and writing that reflected prior unraveling in the thinking ability. After hurtful thoughts and words, we would see hurtful deeds as the damage gets worse.
Little dead places in the brain cause damage to very fine strands. They are as tiny as molecules strung together like beads on smaller strands. Repair is possible.
If a person becomes aware of the damage, and asks The Loving Programmer to send an angelic Programming Assistant into the mind to repair/restore/reprogram the damage, the mind’s dead and dying neural connections may be reconnected, restored, and brought back into function.
How is such a miraculous cure accomplished? Jesus made it clear to those given the grace to download: “If you do not eat My Body and drink My Blood you do not have life in you.”
Any of us afflicted by Little dead places in the brain must do whatever is necessary to receive His Body and Blood. Where? The Only Church He Founded.
