Many Catholics “think their way” to obeying Jesus.

Catholics are blessed to think clearly! We look at the simple math that leads us to Be Catholic!

Question 1. “Why should we ‘think our way’ to obeying Jesus?”

Answer: “Jesus specifically told us: ‘You are My friends if you obey My commands.’ To be among His obedient ‘friends’, we must obey His Teachings.”

~

Question 2: “How do we get to be among His obedient ‘friends’?”

Answer: “His obedient ‘friends’ know! We must strive to ‘obey’ Every Teaching from Jesus Christ.”

~

Question 3: “How obedient to Christ should we be?”

Answer: “Catholics respect Jesus enough to obey The Holy Word with Which He Spoke One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church Into Being.”
~

Question 4: “What Holy Word is that?”

Answer: “‘And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’

~

Question 5: “Why should we obey That Word of Jesus Christ.”

Answer: “Because Jesus Christ is The Living Truth of God. He came to earth in human form!”

~

Question 6: “How can we know that?”

Answer: “The Prophets told us! The Messiah must be born of the Tribe of Judah and House of David in Bethlehem.”

~

Question 7: “Why should we pay attention to that?”

Answer: “God gave us minds so we can think! Catholics think about how likely it is that a Son of Jacob and David would be born in a village of 2-300 people.”

~

Question 8: “What are the chances of that?”

Answer: “There were close to a billion people in the world with a average life expectancy of 45 years. Since they replaced themselves, at least 2,225,000 babies were born every year. Two of them would have been boys born in Bethlehem!”

~

Question 9: “Does that mean the odds are better than one in a million that Jesus is The Prophesied Messiah?”

Answer: “That is a beginning! At the end of His Life on earth, Jesus was crucified. If a thousand people were crucified a year among 60,000,000 Romans, the odds are one in 60,000 that He would have ‘been lifted up before men‘ so those who crucified Him could ‘look upon He Whom they pierced’.”

~

Question 10: “There is one chance in a million that Jesus was born in Bethlehem. Catholics multiply that by one chance in 60,000 that He would have been Crucified. What are the odds that two, out of over 300 Jesus-related Prophesies, would come true?”

Answer: “Multiply one million by 60,000! The odds are 60,000,000,000 (sixty billion) to 1 that Jesus Christ is The Prophesied Messiah Who left ‘the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven’ on earth. His Catholic ‘friends’ think clearly about that. It is one reason to Be Catholic!”
