May our “Book of Life” be read by souls in Heaven?

. Does This Picture of Jesus show Him reading from “The Book of Life” written by the soul standing before Him at Judgment?

~

Question 1: “Why does this new idea that souls in Heaven are able to read all the ‘Books of Life’ written by everyone who ever lived make me feel uncomfortable?”

Answer: “We have all written our ‘Book of Life’. We don’t want to think about other people reading our hurtful words about them.”

~

Question 2: “If we are in Heaven, have we become forgiving?”

Answer: “One of the Miracles in Heaven is knowing the hurtful thoughts, words, and things done to us and not being angry at those who hurt us.”

~

Question 3: “Can we read the ‘Books of Life’ of people who are not in Heaven?”

Answer: “All the ‘Books of Life’ may be available to help us appreciate God’s Love and Power.”

~

Question 4: “Are we Judged on bad thoughts?”

Answer: “No. Mt. 12:36 tells us that we are judged on the words that we have chosen to speak or write. ‘But I tell you that everyone will have to give account on the day of judgment for every empty word they have spoken.’

~

Question 5: “Does that mean we must Think Carefully before we speak or write?”

Answer: “The ‘words’ written in our ‘Book of Life’ are known to God and possibly to every Heavenly Reader who wants to see what kind of person we are.”

~

Question 6: “Did God tell us how important our ‘words’ are?”

Answer: “Mt. 12:37 makes it clear! ‘For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned.’

~

Question 7: “Were those ‘Words’ from Jesus enough to make the Scribes, Pharisees, and Sadducees understand that they would be judged on the words they spoke and wrote about Jesus?”

Answer: “They wanted to believe: ‘Our words are the highest possible truth!’ That is why they immediately changed the subject away from ‘words’ to ‘signs’! ‘Then some of the Pharisees and teachers of the law said to Him, “Teacher, we want to see a sign from You.’

The first Protestants did not pay any more attention to the ‘sign’ of His Resurrection than they did to these ‘Words’ from Him! ‘And I say unto you thou are Peter and on this rock I build My Church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I give you the keys of The Kingdom of Heaven; . . .’
