May our “Jesus Receiver” let Him into our “Hilltop Fort”. #20

History is simple for Catholics.  We think intelligently about "Hilltop Forts".

History is simple for Catholics.  We think intelligently about “Hilltop Forts”.

Question 1:  “Why do Catholics think about ‘Hilltop Forts’?”

Answer:  “We know that History is Simple:  Every person, family, tribe, and group is a ‘Hilltop Fort’ trying to be safe from destroyers.  Once, there were 20,000 ‘Hilltop Forts’ in the sixty million acres of England!  For at least 12,000 years, countless ‘Hilltop Forts’ were built in every continent by families, tribes, and groups trying to be safe from others.”

~

Question 2:  “How long has that been going on?”

Answer:  “Catholics Think Intelligently enough to know that Human History fits into one sentence:  ‘Every person and family is a ‘Hilltop Fort’ endlessly attacked by those who want them to be corpses, slaves, or citizens.’

~

Question 3: “Why is Jesus important?”

Answer:  “Every person’s mind is our ‘Hilltop Fort’.  Jesus helps us focus on the eternal spark of life inside our ‘Hilltop Fort’, our immortal soul.  When our ‘Hilltop Fort’ is destroyed by age, disease, or death, Jesus will let some souls live forever in His ‘Hilltop Fort’.”

~

Question 4:  “How does Jesus let us into His ‘Hilltop Fort’?”

Answer:  “First, Jesus fulfilled over 300 prophecies that predicted God coming to earth by being ‘born of a Virgin in The Tribe of David in the tiny village of Bethlehem’.  Then, He fulfilled prophecies about Him being ‘nailed to a tree’, being ‘lifted up before men’, and ‘looked upon by those who had pierced Him.'”

Question 5:  “What did He Who Fulfilled The Prophecies do while He was fulfilling Prophecies?”

Answer:  “He found 12 people who respected God and His Prophets enough to realize that Jesus is The Son of God Who came to earth to save the immortal souls of ‘His obedient friends’.  He put one of these First Catholics and his Successors in charge of The Only Church He Spoke Into Being with His Church-Creating Word to The First Catholic Pope that has echoed in billions of ‘Hilltop Forts’ for 2,000 years:

‘And I say unto you thou art Peter and on this rock I build My Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.  I give you the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven.’

~

Question 6:  “How can we get ‘the keys to The Kingdom of Heaven’ so our immortal soul may live in ‘God’s Hillfort’ that Revelation 21:10 teaches will come down upon a ‘very high mountain’?”

Answer:  “May all be blessed to be as Catholic as we can!”

~

Simple Rhyme:  “May all be blessed to understand / and be as Catholic as we can.”
